Unit is only available March14 to March 21. What could be better than staying at the beautiful Oyster Bay Beach Resort? Visiting one of only five gorgeous Penthouses at OBBR!. Beautifully decorated inside. Each bedroom has its own bath. Fully stocked kitchen, dining and living areas. A spiral stair on one of two balconies takes you up to your own private oasis. Hot tub, grill, cabana and plenty of sun are yours to enjoy exclusively. Sit back, relax and enjoy the view.
Located on the peaceful east side of Dutch Sint Maarten, you are a ten minute walk from the French side. Dawn Beach is right outside your complex. There are two restaurants on site, spa, workout room, laundry and small store. Nice little grocery right outside the entrance for your immediate needs and ice cream cravings.
Island is easily drivable. Rental car, taxi and frequent bus trips are obtained at the front desk. Along with a multitude of fine beaches, each a little different, there are are lots of activities to satisfy every family member. Horseback riding, water sports, diving, parks, shopping, trade market, butterfly garden, hiking, many, many restaurants or just relaxing on the beach. There are hotel co-ordinated activities and dinners, outside excursions or you can plan what you want to do. You will run out of time before you run out of things to do. The people who work here are extraordinary. Friendly, competent, you will not find better. No worries here. Act quickly. We are only giving up our week because of family commitment. We will miss it terribly.
Unit has One King bed in the master bedroom and Queen pull out bed in the living room.Cribs are available. Kitchen has full-sized refrigerator, stove, Microwave, Dishwasher,fully stocked kitchen wares and Breakfast bar and stools.
One floor with private rooftop living area. Bathroom has Granite counter tops and marble floors. Hair dryer in the bathroom. Entertainment - Flat screen TV and DVR. High speed wireless and secure internet access.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
Penthouse apartments are very unique in all of the caribbean. The rooftop space is a real joy with its private living space which includes pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck, lounge and outdoor summer kitchen. My family loved spending time in the private pool or catching some sun in their own private cabana. I enjoyed grilling food for the family with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. The island is very beautiful and the people are great hosts. St Martin has two shopping areas - one Dutch and one French. Quick Getaways via Ferry to Anuilla, St Barts and Sab.
