This 2 bedrooms Beachfront Villa is located in Cupecoy, one of the top 3 area of the island. The beach access is a few steps away. This property is really well decorated by the owner itself. When sitting on the high Value Sofa looking at the Sea you feel life in a Boat which is enjoyable. The private pool with lounge long chairs is a must for a great stay. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a king Bed and with an adjoining design bathroom. Less than 400 yards from Porto Cupecoy and its great restaurants, grocery, this Villa is also close to Mulet Bay beach and golf course

Villa is as pictured and has incredible views! One thing that was a bit shocking at first was no AC downstairs which is understandable with the pool and doors being open; we quickly adapted to that once we were there for a minute but would have liked to know that going into it. The resort itself was alright and the villa could use some minor updates/repairs but was overall good for our week stay. Super close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to St Maarten and would stay there again.

Highly, highly, recommend. I wanted a place that was quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Simpson bay, so when I wanted to do so I could relax in peace. The place looked exactly as the pictured depicted. I felt extra safe because the parking is under a garage and is gate accesssed. There are a few minor details that needs attention (the walkway to the door), but not enough for me to not return. I will definitely be booking the same villa next year during the off peak season. I even adopted the friendly neighborhood cat.

Lovely Place to Stay

Great location, host, amenities. I highly recommend staying here with a group of friends, families.... even 2 couples. The room have their own bathroom and balcony that connects the two rooms. This is an excellent choice.

Anniversary trip-Late summer

The property was exactly what we were looking for. A place near everything we wanted to do (20-30 min drive at most) and private enough we could spend time together away from the more bustling parts of the island. The host was responsive and manage the check in and out process easy

Girls weekend away

We Love our stay! Came to relax and enjoy the island. The villa was extremely clean and the views were INCREDIBLE the reviews and description did not did that justice. It was very convenient. Easy access to the hotel and lovely easy access to the beach. The lowlands area was lovely and there were restaurants to walk to. We really enjoyed having a car so that we could explore other parts of the island and enjoy other restaurants, beach clubs, etc. 100% Recommend, staying here we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Waterfront Property in Paradise

We were extremely happy with the location on the island with much to do within walking distance, The view and overall state of the property were exceptional. Stacey and everyone associated with the resort were extremely helpful throughout our trip. We will definitely be back soon!

Amazing Vacation

This was an extraordinary rental that allowed us to have a great vacation. The unit is quite large with excellent views of the ocean. The beach is nearly private with very few swimmers. Having our own private pool in the unit was fantastic. I highly recommend the unit.

The property is as described, and even more! The views are incredible, and it is conveniently located close to a lot of restaurants and a couple convenience stores. We had a wonderful time in this unit and are planing to come back.

March Getaway

The villa is lovely and well appointed. I will miss the bathroom. The villa sits right on the water and very relaxing to sit on the balcony. Not much of a beach area but convenient. The only disappointment would be the local beaches fold up umbrellas and chairs at 4 p.m. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Exactly what we wanted!

Walking in and seeing the ocean was wonderful. Itā€™s a quiet area and thatā€™s what we wanted. The place was immaculate and just as described. The beds were comfortable, the shower was awesome. This is a ā€œmust stayā€ place. The only negative was no hot water - until we saw the electric panel and noticed 3 switches were off - we flipped them back on and we had plenty of hot water! Stacy was great! Easy in, easy out. Donā€™t miss Loterie Farm and if you have the $$$ - book a private all day sail with Renegades! If youā€™re looking for a lovely place to stay - book this one!

As close to the ocean as you can get

This lovely condo at the Sapphire Beach Club is fresh and modern and bravely asserts St Martin's post-Irma revival. Gwen, the manager, worked miracles for us - what an asset. The Cupecoy area is a bit beat up, but the Carrefour mkt nearby has a great selection of foods. We had a enlivening swim our first day, then the weather went windy and warm with big swells and breakers rolling in for 3 days.

Deceptive ad no downstairs AC pool not kept up and nasty.

Words can't quite capture our disappointment. The pics are great the unit is not. Many items like flooring and faucets were in disrepair. Parking is dark and the pool does not filter 24/7 like in the USA so the water is dirty and slimy. We dared not enter it for fear of water born diseases.

Very Nice Villa

Our Villa was very nice. We had one small issue with AC on the first day, but it was taken care of very quickly. While the Villa was very nice, the rest of the resort is definitely showing its age. We didn't spend much time at the actual resort as we were exploring the rest of the island, so the much needed upkeep and work outside didn't really bother us. We would definitely stay here again and I hope the ongoing improvements to the rest of the property continue to bring it up to the level of our actual Villa.

Views For Days!

Please book. You wonā€™t be disappointed. The villa is extremely private and safe with an incredible and indescribable view, yet we really werenā€™t far from anything (ie amazing beaches, well stocked grocery stores). It has been nicely updated and has all the ā€œextrasā€. The nearby beaches like Mullet Bay and Simpson Bay were our favorites. The organic grocery store is a short walk away and very well stocked and well priced with fresh meats, produce, and liquor). Many restaurants were closed for low/hurricane season, but head to Simpson Bay Resort, and you will find quite a few open and delicious restaurants. Also, make the trip to Emilioā€™s for a historic and quaint dining experience. Definitely rent a car as you will need it to explore the rest of the island. Thank you for an amazing anniversary experience.
