Indulge in the coastal lifestyle in our expansive, fully-equipped home, just a block from the ocean! To align with city regulations, a minimum stay of 30 nights is required. This beautifully adorned family retreat provides generous space and comfort. We'll gladly consider one non-shedding dog weighing under 45 pounds, subject to a non-refundable pet fee.

Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by two majestic 100-foot palm trees and a lush front lawn. The interior boasts stylish furnishings, a large family area with bay window views, and the warmth of a real wood-burning fireplace. The house is filled with natural light, creating a clean, and bright atmosphere.

This home features three bedrooms, each designed to meet different needs. The master suite boasts a California King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower, frameless glass surround, vessel sink, and river-rock floor insets. Another two bedrooms offer queen-sized bed. The second bathroom has a tiled tub/shower combo with elegant glass-tile accents.

Take a backyard stroll and catch a peek of the ocean just about 200 yards away! Dine under the covered patio with seating for six, plus lounges for two, surrounded by a large fenced yard with ample grass space.

Stroll to the ocean bluffs at Memory Park, a popular surfing spot with stunning sunset views and wildlife sightings. The neighborhood, complete with sidewalks, ensures safe and relaxing morning walks. For outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers endless opportunities for running, hiking, and biking.

Embark on nearby adventures like sailing and fishing in Avila Beach, lakeside fun at Lake Lopez, sipping and swirling at Edna Valley's wineries, and enjoying the vibrant entertainment scene in San Luis Obispo. For thrill-seekers, rev up the excitement with ATV, quad, and motorcycle rides on the Oceano Dune. Memory Park, along Seacliff Drive, is just a stone's throw away, featuring a staircase that leads directly to the beach from the home!

Utilities and gardening services are included. There is a monthly utility usage allowance. Utilities include: gas, water, electric, and internet. If there is excessive utility usage over the allowance, the overage will be settled up at end of rental period.
