This beachside beauty boasts all the conveniences of home for your next island vacation! Loggerhead Cay Unit #331 is comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground level, condo and is located just steps to the beach! The master bedroom offers a King bed, nice en-suite bathroom, and direct access out to the screened lanai. The guest room features 2 Twin beds with a separate bathroom, a gorgeous newly remodeled kitchen and comfortable living & dining room area. This condo comes equipped with a washer & dryer and a fully stocked kitchen for your added convenience. So pack your bags and get ready for the vacation of your dreams!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin bed (sleeps 4), 3 Smart TVs (Cable & streaming), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated community pool, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets Allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

The king size bed was very firm, we ended up sleeping in the twin softer beds. The blinds were see through. Walking by anyone could see inside.

Quiet time of the year to visit so the pool crowd at the pool was small which was great for us. It would be nice to have a couple taller beach chairs to help accommodate people who have difficulty with low beach chairs. The condo was just as listed and accommodated the four of us comfortably.

Pictures didn't do it justice for distance from pool, and especially beach. With that long of walk to beach, would have thought a beach cart should be included. Talkerd to some other people on beach that said theri unit did include one.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The grounds are beautiful, and it's an easy drive to get anywhere you want to go.

Great spot!

Our favorite unit at loggerhead cay so far!! What a beautiful place, equipped with everything you can think of!! Loved the kitchen layout, which we used often. We especially enjoyed the wagon and all the beach accoutrements. Everything was clean and tidy. Can't wait to return!!

I have been staying at Loggerhead Cay every summer for over 35 years and had the opportunity to stay in various units. The main reason I initially chose this unit is because it is pet friendly but we made the decision not to bring our elderly dog as it was way too hot for him. The unit was fine and we appreciated the ground floor access. Most of the other units I have stayed at have seating for more than 4 people (at least four at the dining table and 3-4 bar stools). We have family members that rent other units during our stay and we like to prepare and eat meals together and there is not enough seating. Upon arrival, the unit was not as clean as I would have liked but I travel with my cleaning items so I was able to clean to my satisfaction. In comparison to the additional units rented by our family (all ground floor, closer to the beach and less expensive), our unit seemed dated with regards to the furniture. Also, some sort of mirror (other than the bathroom) and beach cart would be appreciated as this building is one of the furthest from the beach. All in all, the unit was adequate and met our needs for the week.

Having a recliner as well as the couches was a definite plus. Our primary reason for this rental was that it is dog friendly - an increasingly rare find on Sanibel! Price was comparable with other rentals in the high season.

A memorable vacation

I thought the property was beautiful and rhe condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our week here! My only issue was that on Friday morning of our stay, as I was taking our 2 dogs back inside the condo, through the back porch door, a women came up behind me ion a golf cart yelling at me. She proceeded in a nasty tone, that I was required to walk my dogs our front of the property. Yes, I had seen the signs; however, I tried and it's a parking lot with very little grass. I informed her that everyone else was walking their dogs that week outside their back porch areas. She then proceeded to tell me I was not allowed to have 2 dogs with me and if I ever got caught on the property again with 2 dogs I would have to leave. I informed her that when I made our reservation I sent a message expalaining I had 2 small chihuahuas weighing 5 and 7 pds each and was given permission to bring them to the unit. I still have the email confirming it. She didn't care and her whole attitude was extremely rude. We walked our dogs on a leash and cleaned up after them. They are very well behaved. Our smaller dog lost her right back leg from cancer this year. This is the first time we have rented from anyone because we own a timeshare (point system) and can travel anywhere, but we can't bring our dogs when using our time share. This was the main reason we rented from you.

Beautifully decorated first floor unit

Great place to stay. Loved the first floor unit. So easy to get all the beach stuff in and out. Second time at Loggerhead Cay. Nice location overall. Love Sanibel for family vacations. Cleaners needed to pay more attention (lots of sand and dog hair in the corners when we arrived, nothing a little broom couldn’t handle but owners may want to ask for a little more attention to detail).

Love Loggerhead Cay

Property was nice. It was a little tired and could use an upgrade in the king mattress and living room furniture. The location was far from the pool and beach. Kitchen was equipped well.
