Some home may list "waterfront or waterview" but might not be.

No Parties of any kind.
The Town does not allow parties or events. Please email me if you
have any questions about that. We are not a party house.
Other people cannot be invited to the house. ( I may be able to
be a little flexible, email me if you have a question)

We had a great time. The view of the River at this house just can't be beat. Photos do not do it justice. Also, We were very glad that the owner was around to help us with a medical emergency and was able to take my mother to the hospital. It turned out ok, but could have ruined our vacation. So, thank you Glenn for your help right when we needed it!!

My fiancé and I stayed at the Niagara River Inn last winter. The house on the river is beautiful and the river was stunning with the ice and snow ! Glenn couldn't have done a better job in making sure we had everything we needed. Kitchens, bathrooms came fully stocked and there was plenty of entertainment provided. Glenn also provided us with a map of all the local hot spots including all of the best restaurants, grocery stores and tourist sites.

We spent one of the most enjoyable weekends we have had when we recently stayed at the Niagara River Inn to have a close view of the Grand Island Poker Run.
We would never have dined in local restaurants on Grand Island and appreciate Glenn's advice... it was spot on. Looking forward to spending a weekend there each summer.

Moody & Smith family - This is a 5 star home ! The location was perfect. It is right in between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. It was very convenient for sightseeing. There were 9 of us aged 9 to 59. There was plenty to keep everyone occupied. The youngest loved fishing on the dock and swimming in the pool. The teenagers loved the pool and theater room. They all enjoyed smores at the firepit. The older ones enjoyed the deck overlooking the water watching the ducks, geese and the daily heron visit.

The house was as described and more. We have been staying at vacation rental homes for over 15 years and this is by far the best stocked home we have stayed at. It has literally everything you will ever need. And, what a bonus to have Glenn as a host ! He let us borrow his computer as we forgot ours and gave us great advise on a super restaurant !

We ate out but the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed including a bottle of wine, spices, coffee, filters and a complete array of pots and pans.
Glenn was a pleasure to work with. He is onsite and available to offer advise and take care of the pool and hot tub. THANKS GLENN FOR SOME WONDERFUL MEMORIES!!

Could not have found a better place to stay!
The Niagara River Inn made our trip memorable. Excellent place to stay with family and friends. Owner of the home, Glenn, is very kind and very helpful person. His kindness and care shows in every inch of the house. He provided us with great touring tips and also to loan us a computer. My husband forgot his laptop and we could not thank Glenn enough since he loaned us his laptop. We enjoyed the hot tub, grilling and sitting by the river. Very peaceful, well maintained property right on the Niagara river.
My kids 4 year old and 2.5 year old keep asking me when are we going back.
My sister was visiting me from India for 3 weeks and this trip was the best memory that she could carry with her back home...thanks to Niagara River Inn.

Whoa, nice view Our stay in November was great. The view of the River is great and the location could not be better. The house offers more than any others and we enjoyed the firepit by the water and TV that is huge, a very nice feature. I recommend it
