We specialize in short-term/ holiday rentals. It is our number one priority to make your stay most enjoyable and memorable.

This private waterfront haven grants you access to the serene Murray River, beckoning you to embrace a lifestyle of leisure and tranquility. Explore the island's charming cafes, scenic marinas, and the nearby Coorong Quays for an authentic coastal experience. Nature enthusiasts can revel in the nearby Coorong National Park, ideal for birdwatching and scenic walks. Just a short drive away, Goolwa offers historic wharf precincts and paddle steamer cruises for a day of excitement. With its amenities and waterfront location, Ventura Place promises an unforgettable retreat.

During your stay, you'll have access to the guest bedroom, bathroom, living room, and all areas of the house. Please feel free to use any of the appliances or amenities in these areas as well. We take extra care to make sure you have the best experience. Walk into basic provisions in the pantry.

This beautifully presented holiday town house is located in the Luxurious Marina Park on Hindmarsh Island. Featuring a total of 4 outdoor patios to fully appreciate the stunning surrounds, this townhouse also has water frontage with it's own private small jetty and boat moor!

New Year Hindmarsh Island

The property suited us well and it was as advertised on the Stayz website. It was light with good views and ample spaces. The booking through Stayz was easy but then close to the time of arrival we found ourselves having to deal with two further parties, Escapia and Unwind Holidays. We were asked to provide photo ID which I do not want to do in future (please delete the file), and were given incorrect information about having to meet someone there (there was nobody) and with wrong key safe details. We were saved by the local managers who were very responsive and helpful (Libby and Mark). When we got in there was no linen at all and the beds were not made up (again saved by the managers. This is unacceptably sloppy (too many managers/administrators)? But we enjoyed our stay.

Well needed Holiday

Thankyou very much to the hosts for having us for a second time. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back in the future. Only minor complaint about some small items not in place e.g tea towel.

Great Place to stay

What a place to stay. Great views and comfy beds and what a place. Absolutely loved it and even stayed a extra night in the end. Hindmarsh Island is quite the surprise and is close to everything.We will be returning especially back to this place

Hindmarsh Island townhouse

Location of this Island getaway is excellent, the property itself clean and well looked after. Upstairs modification from 3 to two bedroom makes for a comfortable, relaxing experience. Rate this property highly for one or two couples.
