Looking for Snowbirds for a 90 day+ rental for 2025/2026 winter months. Rental availability is from December 2026 through mid April 2025. I am looking to find a 3 month + renter in this window.

This has just been a vacation home for our family and only rented to one Snowbird couple during winter for the past 8 years. It is a clean, quiet and private 3 Bed 2 Bath home, furnished with granite countertops throughout and all newer appliances. Centrally located, just a few minutes drive from Main Street and London Bridge. Spacious Great Room with 65in flat screen TV and large couch with chaise. Large Master Bedroom with King size bed, walk in closet and private access to master bath. 55 inch flat screen TV in master. 2 additional bedrooms on opposite side of the house with guest bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has a bunk twin bed with a third twin trundle bed. Bright kitchen with all dining and cook ware, and indoor laundry room with washer and dryer. There are ceiling fans in every room and central AC and heat. Linens and towels included. High speed wireless internet included. Propane BBQ included. Fenced back yard with large storage shed. Table, chairs and large umbrella included for outdoor dining. RV parking and hook ups on both sides of house. Parking available in driveway, Garage use not included, 3 Month minimum stay is required.
