Enjoy a private beachfront home for your ultimate relaxing vacation . This spacious house is directly waterfront and provides stunning water views from every level. Unwind on any of the 3 decks and watch time melt away from the sound of the surf and views of the water and beach. Spacious, gorgeous home is made for multi-generation family vacations. Plenty of space to spread out, yet be all together.

Watch your family play on the beach from any one of the large decks and feel like you're right there with them. Walk right out of the house and onto the beach.

Inside, big, comfortable rooms include a huge great room for all to gather. Large kitchen, dining and seating area with 10' ceilings fits everybody comfortably and has great views from every angle.

5 BRs, 3 full baths, 1 half bath and an outdoor shower. Sleep 13 in beds plus a fold out couch on the 3rd floor.

The 3rd floor is a bonus game room with card table and bumper pool table. Kids of all ages have a play space of their own. The 3rd floor deck is incredible for sun lovers and offers the best views in Delaware.

This special place feels like your own private luxury resort where you walk right out of house to the sparsely crowded beach day and night. Feels like a private beach. Relax with plenty of room to spread out and yet be all together.

An easy drive to all of the popular activities including golf at the end of Broadkill road, movies, outlet shops, restaurants, Dogfish Head Brewery, Lewes, Rehoboth boardwalk and more. Enjoy the peace and quiet and only see the crowds if you want.

Beds for 13+ (2Q, 9 twin, +sleeper). 3 decks: 2 shade and one sun. All with amazing views. Very comfortable house on the beach will make for an incredible week away.

Rented Friday to Friday with 7 night minimum

great family time in Delaware!

Perfect for our extended family, loved being on a beach that was so private without the crowds. The house was lovely, really like the reverse floor plan! The owner was great and very communicative, wonderful to work with. Many thanks to Liz and Joseph!

Beach Vacay 2024

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean and well-stocked with everything you might need for a beach vacation. The view and private beach were outstanding. We had a few questions and concerns before and during our stay, but the property managers were very helpful and responsive. The community of Lewes is delightful, and we enjoyed the shops and local restaurants. It was a lovely stay, and we hope to return.

A Fall Week at Broadkill

This property is well equipped and has a wonderful kitchen. It has spectacular views and it situated right on the Delaware Bay. Milton is close by for grocery shopping and Rehoboth is not too far to the south. We loved the great room and the third-floor room proved to be a wonderful place for those who needed space to work. It is a very comfortable cottage and a great place to spend a relaxing week. It was delicious to hear the waves hit the beach.

Fun family vacation

There were 11 of us at the house (6 adults, 3 teens, 1 5 year, 1 8 month old. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out in the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Our grandson especially enjoyed the 3rd floor bonus room! The views from the 3 decks gave amazing sunrises and sunsets on the beach in front and the marsh in back. The beach was easily accessible from the house and the outside shower was convenient. The kitchen was well equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils, and dishes. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs provided by the owners. My only suggestion would be to be able to push 2 twin beds together so a 3rd couple wouldn't have to sleep in a bunk bed or twin. Liz and Joe were very easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome !

Beach getaway

Stayed here with friends and family and had a wonderful time. House is big enough to fit 13 people and not feel on top of each other. Flies were an issue as it was June but other than that a great stay! You are asked to clean upon leaving to avoid a cleaning fee.

Beautiful home

Our group was 11, 2 separate families and 3 grandparents with 4 kids under 7yrs of age. The house was just right for us. The owners were very responsive and always helpful in our communications. But mother nature was not so kind.... 4 of the 7 days the beach flies were biting and we could not stay on the beach and 1 day the jelli fish decided to visit us and sent our 4 yr old to urgent care with stings on all 4 limbs. This is why I gave it 4 stars, But that is no fault of the owners ! The house was equipped with everything we needed for the stay. Loved the walk in pantry, kept the counters clear. The outdoor swing bed was a big hit too. Water views and sunrises were amazing, Great home all in all.

A beautiful beach with more horseshoe crabs than people.

We had a perfect vacation. The house gave us beautiful rooms to gather as a family and endless porches to escape to when we weren't on the beach. Really loved it! We'll be back!

Lovely home

The home is very comfortable and has most of what you could need. The views are lovely. You have a 2 minute walk to the beach on a path through the brush. Wear shoes as there are burrs. The one thing we found most difficult is It is located about 2 miles or so down from the road leading to the beach. Because the nature preserve that you must drive around you have a 20-25 minute drive into Lewes for dining options, grocery store etc and need to factor in that errands are not quick. The water is very calm as the house is on the Delaware Bay so no crashing waves and the beach is wide. It is expected that you deep clean the house before you leave or will loose your cleaning deposit.

Lovely, modern and very spacious waterfront home

Just steps from the sand and bay, this house and views are absolutely love. Broadkill area is very natural, quiet and wildlife friendly area and we love it for those reasons and this house embraces those things. Communications with Liz were easy, fast and always helpful and informative. The house has 3 livable levels making it great for families to have space and privacy yet plenty of together time and the 3 different decks are the best. One note- 3 of the bedrooms only have twin beds which for my adult 6’2 brother and my 5’10 15 yo old son were not ideal but they made it work. Certainly perfect for little kids but just a note in case you more than 2 adult couples. It’s a very modern comfortable home and if you are a fan of broadkill you will love this house and it’s hosts.

Great family getaway

This lovely beach house was the perfect spot for my extended family to get together. The proximity and views of the beach were spectacular. The calmer waters were perfect for young kids. The house is spacious and nicely decorated. If you want some beach time away from the crowds, this house is for you.

Great home and location!!

We had a total of 3 families with kids ranging from ages 4-12 that wanted to big, clean, modern house next to a private beach with little or no crowds. We found it here and it was wonderful. The owners are great and the house is in perfect condition. The waves on some days are non-existent and great for young kids and paddle boarding.

Beautiful house and beachfront can't be beat!

The house was great! It was a little bit bigger than the six of us needed, but we didn't care - we used the rooms that helped us to enjoy our stay and the two extra bedrooms didn't matter to us. The property owners, Joe and Liz Adams, were very nice and considerate, and provided help and advice immediately after we contacted them. We hope to stay here again.

Blue Heaven is "heavenly"

Great owners to work with: couldn't ask for any more. The house and location is stunning and so quiet and beautiful. All of guests fell in love with Blue Heaven ( including the staff from Moon Blue who prepare our wedding dinner there.) Our intimate and tiny wedding was much more special being there. Thanks!

Peaceful retreat!

When my son and daughter-in-law wanted a Thanksgiving get away, we stumbled across this exceptional property. Joe is the best home owner I have had the pleasure to deal with after numerous rentals through the past 15 years. Words can not express what this home provides in sights, comfort, sunrise to sunsets, nature, ocean views and sounds throughout the day and evening. The furnishings are top notch including comfortable beds and pillows, full kitchen necessities, beautiful open space for family gatherings, game console and bunch of games and books, new appliances, deck furnishings for coffee to late night snacks, a dog friendly beach and beach bon fires! The nature preserve is a short walk and has sights of great birds. During our stay, we actually had a Bald Eagle visit three mornings in a row. Such a majestic bird we had to send a photo to the owner, Joe. This is a one of a kind home on the ocean. If you are considering Broadkill Beach or the Delaware shore for peaceful resting week... This is your place. If you are considering a home on the beach and a short ride to eateries or activities... This is your place! If you are considering an exceptional home with a great owner... This is your place!! We had many memories throughout our week... I know you will too!

Beautiful home, fantastic owner!

We stayed here for a fall weekend getaway, what a beautiful home with amazing views on all levels (water/beach views to East, national wildlife refuge views to West). Joe was wonderful to work with, answered all questions and was a great host. Private walkway directly to the beach. We had a very nice stay, and would highly recommend!

AMAZING home and home owners.

We rented this home for a long weekend late October. Joe could not have been more accommodating. His family home is brand spanking new and is just perfect. The views, the beach, the comfy beach vibe soothed our souls. We could not have asked for better weather nor a better home to enjoy the area. Cupboards are filled with plenty of plates, cups and glasses as well as pots and pans but if you are like me you find lovely restaurants to enjoy rather than cook. I imagine the home would be a perfect place for summer vacation. 5 plus stars all around!

With our kids growing up and in the process of building their own lives, this house is a place everyone wants to visit; not only our immediate family but also aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. This is a special place to us. It is where we are already building memories, creating new bonds, and growing closer as a family.

So easy to get to, yet a feeling so different from our day to day lives. When we are here we are in our own private world, enjoying God's creation and appreciating life in a whole new way. This property is gorgeous and we feel fortunate to be here. We still cannot believe this is ours... it is so new to us, too. But we also want to be able to share this a few weeks a year when we are not planning to use it.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Perfect for families... grandparents, young parents, couples, teens, and young children ALL have a great time at the house, together. The short walk between house and beach makes it so easy. The nice outdoor shower and convenient hose make it simple to wash up before coming inside. Beach toys and shoes can drop right outside.
Play in the unique 3rd floor bonus game room that is incredible!

1st floor has laundry room, 4 BR, 2 full baths and a deck. Master BR and BR2 have doors directly to first floor deck for a quiet time relaxing/reading privately. The 2nd floor is the huge gathering space with big windows, fantastic views, and sliding doors out to deck. Inside on this main level is the sitting area with TV/couches/chairs, dining area, custom kitchen, pantry, plus a bedroom (twin + full sleep sofa) and a full bath. This level is very comfortable for everyone to gather, eat and relax. The 3rd level is called the "tower room" and is great when a few folks (kids?) wants space of their own. This 3rd deck is open to the sun and has spectacular 360o views of the beach, Lewes, Cape Henlopen, lighthouses, Prime Hook nature preserve and S. Bayshore drive. This is a good space for playing board games, doing puzzles or reading. There is a small front porch for great views of the sunsets and a half bath in addition to the huge sun deck. All this and a more pleasant surprises await!
