Single family quiet vacation home on Lake La Vista has it all... Incredible view with Roser Church across the canal. This home is tucked away on an incredibly landscaped lot that had winding paths around the home leading to tikis and the pool area and the dock. Listen to the church bells ringing on Sunday Morning or walk to church, numerous restaurants, and beaches. Bring your boat for the week... This home has a pool, spa, two tiki areas for eating or relaxing with a card game, an indoor pool table and a private dock.
We rent Saturday to Saturday most of the time. Please let us know if you wish to book outside these days. We try to make all happy...... please let us know and we will get back with you as soon as possible. This is a seven night minimum Saturday to Saturday stay.
Boaters.... A humpback bridge spans the canal before you can access Tampa Bay with a clearance of approximately 7’ at high tide. This is an approximation.
Pool is heated with a request from the guest. There is an additional fee of 200/week for this amenity. Please let us know prior to arrival.

The location is perfect

The view is amazing, as is the location (walking distance to all things pine street.) Pool and hot tub wonderful. This is the best (of many) places we have rented on the island.

Great vacation home!

We had a great time in this home. We have been to Anna Maria Island many times & this was by far my favorite! It was equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation! Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The house was well equipped for our group including: kitchen supplies, beach towels, patios/tikis for lounging with seating, and plenty of bedding. We loved driving around in our golf carts, walking to many breakfast spots from the house and fishing off the dock. Location was perfect for all Pine Ave shopping and restaurants. All in all we had a dream vacation and would return to this house!

Family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at our home in Anna Maria! The house was beautiful and the land as well. We really enjoyed having a pool table in the house this made family time more fun. The pool and tiki huts were great as well. Besides having all the amenities we were looking for the location was prime. We could walk to the beach or to the stores and restaurants.

2nd Visit

This is our second year staying at this house. It’s a great location to the piers, restraunts, quick access by boat to the bay for fishing and has a resort like backyard for relaxing and bbqing. We will be back again!

Backyard oasis

We loved our stay at this house! The backyard was a peaceful oasis. We rented kayaks and it was great to launch from our own dock! The house is very private and quiet. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked and the the plethora of soaps and cleaning supplies was very convenient! Would stay here again without hesitation! :)

The property was fine. The only issue was the creepy guy next door who kept looking over the fence. But it was another rental so I can't hold that against this property. Great view. Check out is a little early for my taste

Lovely views…

The spot was very nice. We could sit and watch the boaters, kayakers and others using the water. That was wonderful. The house needs a lot of attention. Nothing was updated in the house. Lots of potential in this spot.

Wonderful house!

The location was fantastic! We felt very central in AMI to restraunts, shopping, the bay and beaches. Golf cart was the way to go! We walked the beautiful neighborhood every morning and thoroughly enjoyed the private outdoor oasis!!! A blue heron visited daily, curious lizards, dolphins and tons of fish. House is situated with a great view, shade and appointed with outdoor furniture to enjoy, as well as everything you need inside. It was great to have a dock to keep our little boat for fishing and cruising. Comfy beds, a great open layout with lots of windows and pool table fun for the evening. We will absolutely be returning!

Great, fun house in great location

Easy process to secure, checkin, everything as promised. House was great…anything you could need. 10 minute walk to beach Awesome pool, but was sort of dirty Pool table was a hit, but could use another cue Great space but beds were just okay and bathrooms sort of old but totally fine

Family friendly home

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Well stocked with lots of linen, towels, pillows, soaps, etc. Close to Pine Ave shopping and ice cream. Beautiful view from the backyard, and a great pool with a hot tub. Great communication from Wendy every time I had a question. I would highly recommend this house.

Great property. Grounds are amazing. Dock is great. House is wonderful. Management couldn't be better. We have been doing an annual family reunion on the island since 1984. This house made the visit that much more enjoyable

Excellent property

Excellent property. Management was great. We have been coming to AMI since 1984. To meet family & friends for a reunion and celebrate birthdays on the island. Will rent here again for our trip in August

Great location

Great location that is off the main streets so much quieter but also walking distance to most things you would want to go to. Family had a great time and Wendy was very attentive to any needs. And bonus saw multiple manatees right from the back yard as well as a dolphin on the last day. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent house near everything

We loved everything about this house, the shoreline, the hot tub/pool, the pool table, and close location to Pine Ave. We flew down so it was very helpful to have a stocked kitchen and everything we needed for a beach day that we didn’t have to travel with like beach towels, beach buggy, and sand toys for the kids. The owner was very responsive when we needed something taken care of. We would 100% love to stay here again.

Fabulous Property

A truly superior property. The location, beauty of the outdoors, and property/renter management of it was wonderful. The property manager was responsive and provided immediate help if anything came up during our stay. One very important thing renters should know is that the 3rd “bedroom” is actually a den with no door or closet. It has a TV, comfortable bed and window but if you need a real 3rd bedroom, it is something to be aware of. That said, the location and cleanliness of the house were stellar. We would rent it again in a minute.

Great location and backyard

I would absolutely recommend this house and consider coming back. The highlights of the house for us were the location and the backyard. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and surrounded by palm trees for privacy. The deck on the water was also great for morning coffee and sunset. The only reasons I rated this property a 4 instead of a 5 was that it needs some updating (bathrooms), the sliding doors need repair/replacement as they were very hard to open and would come off the tracks (we were told to apply WD40), the wifi kept going out despite our following instructions to restart the modem, and the air conditioner stopped working on the last day/night and we were told it was probably frozen (but no fix available) which made it uncomfortable. The owner was very responsive when we brought the above items to their attention. With a little updating and some additional attention to details this could go from a very good property to a great one.

Very nice stay, could update a few things

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The property was as described. We had trouble with the pool that was fixed very quickly but we did lose a day of swimming! The place could use some upgrading in places. It could use better mattresses and really a king size bed in one bedroom. The kitchen really needed more silverware and the dryer didn’t work very well at all. The stovetop fan did not work properly and the first night the smoke detectors beeped all night. The gas grill was out of propane and we had to run to the other end of the island to replace. The owner and manager were very responsive and friendly and ultimately the we had a really good time. We would likely go back.
