Great Place to stay

This unit is very welcoming, clean and in a great location. Public beach right across the street. Would recommend to all. There was some construction when we were staying, but still an awesome condo!

Extraordinary!!

Everything was perfect: the appartment is spacious, wonderful and well located. We walked 5 minutes to the beach or enjoyed the heated pool. Walgreen and Publix are near by. The owner responds very quickly and is very efficient and human. We totally enjoyed our one month vacation with the family. 10/10

Short Stay

Comfortable stay for two senior couples! The condo is exactly as described. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was well equipped. Because it isn't required for condos, we were pleasantly surprised at how well socked the startup supplies were. (soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.) Friendly front desk personal and valet. The beach is a short walk through a park across the street. Linda (the owner) quickly responds to questions and concerns. Obviously we enjoyed our short stay in the unit.

La mejor alternativa

Siempre me había quedado en South Beach o en el centro y en esta oportunidad, debido a un problema con otra reserva, encontré esta alternativa. Doy gracias al problema que tuve con la otra reserva que me permitió llegar a este departamento: el sector excelente, a distancias intermedias y razonables de todo, tranquilo y familiar, servicios a pasos del edificio (para compras, comida, combustible), muy buena playa, el edificio impecable, el departamento fantástico en tamaño y equipamiento (tiene más de lo que necesitas y esperas encontrar) y por último, los propietarios con muy buena comunicación y preocupación por que tu estadía sea óptima. Lo recomiendo de todas maneras y vuelvo seguro en mi próximo viaje.

Great stay. Would love to do it again.

Nicely appointed unit in a great area. Multiple restaurants, beach access, and shopping in area made it very convenient to stay here. Great balcony to lounge on and very comfortable living area made this a great place to hang out when we weren’t out and about. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing place .....awesome manager!!!

This has been the best place we ever booked through HomeAway. Perfect location....well maintained apartment.....Linda was the best, her response time is amazing. The kitchen has everything you would need and what you would have in your own kitchen.........the beds are great.......... This apartment deserves more then 5 stars and so does the hostess. We will be back for sure. Linda, thank you!!!

Amazing Place in Fabulous Location

What a wonderful place to spend July 4!! Two beautiful balconies; one with an ocean view, the other with a wonderful view of the fireworks in town. Excellent location. Wonderful restaurants nearby - the best Cuban food just a short walk down the street. My family enjoyed the space and the proximity to the beach and shops. My son LOVED having his own room with a TV after sharing a small hotel room with a pull-out couch. The kitchen is well appointed with every convenience available. Beds were comfortable and plentiful. The "kids" bedroom has 3 double beds and a tv. Linda was absolutely wonderful. Extremely quick to respond and genuinely interested in making sure we were happily settled into the condo. Would pick this location every time we head to the Miami area of Florida.

Great condo!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! Linda was super easy to communicate with, and the condo was very clean and well kept. I loved that the pack and play had an actual mattress for our 1 year to sleep in, made all the difference for a good nights sleep for both her and us!! The condo is in a central location, less than 5 minute walk to the beach through a great park. Very family friendly area, with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Would highly recommend this rent to anyone!! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Spacious and Stylish Apartment in Great Location

We loved this apartment and Linda was always very helpful and accommodating. We chose the apartment because of its convienent location for my wedding preparation but we ended up falling in love with it for its beautiful and updated design, spacious balcony and peaceful pool. At the end of the week we were all very sad to leave. It could not have been a better experience.

Spacious and Well Kept

This property is great for visitors tat can use some extra space. There are three, very large, bedrooms with ample space in the kitchen and dining area. We traveled with a family of six and had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back again.

Spectacular

What a bargain! Great place, lots of space, fabulous balcony! Location was nice with a Walgreens within walking distance among a few other places including restaurants. Very clean and updated condo. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful experience

Wonderful property and location. The property was very clean and filled with nice furniture. Awesome location and everything is with in walking distance. Owner was very nice and made us feel welcomed. The communication between me and owner was very helpful. Looking forward to visiting again very soon. Really enjoyed our stay.

Property and location were very nice and the balcony was a high point. Very good location.

Perfect getaway for a weekend or a month

I loved my stay here and will be returning again! This place has everything a traveler could possibly need... high speed internet, fully stocked kitchen (no food, I mean pots pans utinsils coffee makers etc) every bedroom has a balcony out a sliding glass door and a smart tv with Netflix in every room. The ice maker was pumping out cubes the second we came through the door and the trash chute is just One Door down the hall. This place is so relaxing and cozy if you stay here the only problem you will have is not wanting to leave!! I know I didn’t... we stayed a week longer than planned! If you’re looking for the perfect place at a reasonable price. This is it!!!

Excellent location. Proximity to the beach is second to none.

A very spacious condo with all kitchen supplies to cook. The view from the patio is beautiful. Could use some floor fans . Awesome place.

Zeer mooi appartement

Het appartement is prachtig, goed onderhouden, volledig uitgerust met keukenapparatuur, wasmachine, droger, bestek, borden, kleerhangers, droogrek, en alles wat je verder nodig hebt. Centraal gelegen vlak aan het strand. Ligt vlakbij Collins Avenue, dus alles is goed bereikbaar. Voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt. We waren met 6 personen en hadden voldoende ruimte. Eigen valet-parking. Zeer aan te raden!

Amazing!

My family of 5 vacationed here, beginning July 7th, 2017. The property was very well maintained. We loved that each room had a balcony. We spent a great amount of time on the balcony overlooking the pool. We were a block from the beach, you could see it from the balcony.❤️ Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with modern appliances. They even had beach towels available. 👍🏼Oh, this was so cool...There is a locker on the property equipped with lounge chairs for beach. You didn't have to rent any. I fell in love with the regular size washer and dryer!! It was like being at home!!!! Oh, nice restaurants close by. It was one of our family's most enjoyable and treasured time together. If you are looking for a great place to stay, you must consider this property. Blessings,

Awesome Condo

We had a great stay at Sunny Isles Beach. Our family of 5, including 3 teenagers, enjoyed the condo. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The condo was clean and everyone in the building was very kind. The proximity to the beach was awesome, too! We loved our stay and will definitely stay again next time we are visiting!
