Turner - Oceanside & Pet Friendly - Turner Beach House is just a few steps to the beach at North Litchfield and is one of our favorites. You can bring the whole family - it is dog friendly!  It has wood and vinyl floors, knotty pine and wood panel walls and plenty of seating for the whole family in the living area. The main floor has 4 bedrooms, with two on each side of the living area and connecting bathrooms. The ground floor has a very nice bedroom and bath with a walk-in shower.  This home has lots of outdoor living spaces. There is a sundeck and screened porch on the front of the home and a screened porch across the back of the home with a peek of the ocean over the dunes.  

Amenities Include: Cable TV, DVD, Internet, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Enclosed Outside Shower, and Central AC/Heat, No Smoking.

Check-In: Saturday - Saturday during the Summer. Weekend and Monthly rentals available Spring, Fall, and Winter

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
A Convenience Linen Package is included with your weekly rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

Beach Gear Credit Included: Enjoy a $250 weekly credit through VayK Gear for beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards delivered to your property! This program is available for rentals from 5 – 21 nights.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
