This beautiful home has it all! 3 bedrooms will sleep 7-8 comfortably with a combined king bed, queen bed, twin daybed and full/twin bunk bed unit.

Just one mile from the historic downtown and a short 3 block walk to Fisherman's Village, there is no better location in the Isles! You are close to everything, and yet our quiet dead-end street feels completely private. The Punta Gorda Trails bike & walking path is just one block away, and there are multiple parks within walking distance. The Punta Gorda Library is just .5 miles away, while Publix and CVS are only 1.3 miles away. Enjoy your private dock and fish the day away, take a canoe ride or bring your own boat and take a trip out to Boca Grande--our prime location has you in the harbor in just five minutes.

Our beautiful pool & lanai features a custom-built outdoor bar and built-in grill, and allows you to relax and watch the sunset with a desirable west facing lanai. Fully remodeled kitchen with granite and stainless will allow you to cook your own meals in luxury. The three large bedrooms each feature high-quality mattresses with luxurious 400 thread count sheets.

The open living area features a flat screen television as well as DVD projector that gives you a movie-theater experience from the comfort of home. There is also a well-stocked library with a great selection of books--everything from "chick lit" to classic literature, as well as lots of kids books too. The library also comes stocked with a full selection of board and card games for both kids and adults.

But that's not all! Our comfortable family-friendly home also features a custom-built 2-story "secret clubhouse" that kids of all ages will LOVE! Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet deposit. This home has it all and will make you want to move to Southwest Florida!

Another great stay

Once again Chuck was a great host. His house is perfect for hosting family and friends. The grandkids loved the pool. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of paths for dog walking and playground for kids.

Great vacation home

The property is exactly as advertised, good location relative to Fisherman's Village. The Kitchen is well stocked, the house was clean and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Outstanding home, host, and location

This was the best experience in our many years of booking vacation homes. Chuck was a great host. He welcomed us upon arrival and gave a great overview of the home and location. His home was outstanding as advertised. It has comfortable beds and great layout. Grandkids especially enjoyed the pool. Location offers plenty of options within walking distance to Fisherman’s Village and downtown. Already looking forward to next year.

Desirable location & comfortable home

We spent three weeks here exploring the area. We were pleasantly pleased with our findings. The location was within walking distance to the dog park. The trails around that area were all great for walking and biking. There was an abundance of boating opportunities from the dock. We enjoyed the proximity to Fishermen’s Village and the many dining options. Chuck was very friendly and a great host. We would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Great location to Fisherman's Village

Great location in Punta Gorda

Chuck responded to my initial inquiry extremely fast and answered all my questions. We knew right away with his communication his place was going to be a great fit. The western facing pool was hit by the sun most of the daytime during our stay and was where we spent most of our time at the house. Very relaxing and the pool was very easy to operate. When not at the house fisherman’s village was a short walk or drive away. Great location in PG for us get around. We were all extremely happy and would book again

Clean, great location and amenities

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. It was incredibly clean and had an amazing location close to everything in Punta Gorda. We could walk/bike to nearly everything or hop in the car for a quick drive to nearby attractions like the Peace River Wildlife Center or the many nearby restaurants. The listing information is completely accurate and the house itself was wonderful. The pool/outdoor area was a favorite of our family’s. We enjoyed being able to heat the pool, eat meals poolside, look out over the waterways and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The house was ready for us and had more than what we needed to be completely comfortable during our stay. The kitchen is completely stocked with appliances/supplies, and a Publix grocery store is very close by. Our family loved the reading library and the many games. The wifi was great and the Smart TV was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and everything was neat, tidy and organized. The neighborhood is also wonderful with friendly neighbors and a cul-de-sac at the end of the street, so there is little to no traffic. Truly a great stay with wonderful, friendly owners who go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with your visit. We were sad to leave and already want to plan another trip back. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home.

Punta Gorda Paradise

The house was amazing! We all truly felt at home, the house had everything we needed! Chuck was great and so helpful! Fisherman’s village was such a short walk that we were able to go there several days of our stay. Wonderful Property and Location!

Where to begin? This property exceeded our expeditions in every way. We’ve been visiting Punta Gorda for 10 years now, and have not had a cleaner or stress free stay as we did at Chuck's property. Chuck himself, is a very attentive and personable guy who gives you the freedom to make you feel just at home. The property itself had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, that was the first thing we acknowledged, which is very high up on our priority list. The furnishings and amenities within in the property were all in working order and clean. The master bed was very soft, however, it was insanely comfortable. The pool area was excellent and having control of the heating of the pool and hot tub was a game changer for us, particularly with our young daughter who could enjoy the pool all day long. I could go on forever talking about how great Chuck and his property is, however, I shan’t go on for too long, as all I can say is, look no further and enjoy your vacation here! SB, England

Amazing. Had everything you could ask for, and more.

We loved the house, pool, location, the library, everything about it. The house was beautifully decorated, functional, clean and comfortable; the neighborhood quiet. The master bedroom bed is very soft. Very close to Fishermans Village and the Harbor Walk. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Would book again.

Amazing location and amenities!

What a lovely house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Fisherman’s Village, the harbor walk, and downtown Punta Gorda! Chuck, our host, was extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very well equipped, the pool and spa were lovely (and well used), and even our bed was quite comfortable (we are pretty picky about mattresses but this one didn’t disappoint). Overall an outstanding experience; we will definitely rent here again if our travels bring us back to town! Thank you, Chuck!

Family Vacation

Great home!

Fantastic time at Chuck's home. It was everything advertised and more. We loved the Punta Gorda area. There is a wonderful pickleball facility not far from the house (Pickleplex). The pool and hot tub were so nice and we usd them everyday.

Great home in a great location

We spent the month of November here with family and celebrated Thanksgiving together. Perfect home, Chuck is the most responsive owner we've ever dealt with. We will return next year. Already booked!

So happy we selected this home in Punta Gorda

My family and I had a great experience staying here on our vacation. The home was clean, comfortable and had more amenities than we needed. It was convenient being so close to Fisherman’s Village where we dined, shopped and rented a boat. Working with Chuck was a breeze and we are already looking at our schedules to get back down there. Everything we hoped and more

Went to beautiful Florida for a much needed rest. Chuck met us there to go over everything with us including places to eat we might enjoy~ Immaculate and well stocked with cooking utensils and with a variety of appliances for cooking. We could tell great thought and effort was put into this beautiful home for comfort and relaxation. The pool and hot tub became our “spot” for most of the vacation. Chuck was attentive to any questions or needs. We are already planning a return trip in 2022.
