Beautiful desert view. Private Backyard. Newer Pool and brand new gas fire pit and gas grill. Travertine sitting area next to pool. Five Bedrooms, sleeps 10. Master has double sinks, soaking tub & large walk-in closet. Two bedrooms have queen beds. Two bedrooms have bunk beds. Downstairs bedroom has daybed with trundle. Three full bathrooms, two upstairs, one down. Hair dryers. Flat screen TV's. Direct TV and streaming in living room and 3 bedrooms. Streaming capability only in downstairs bedroom. Foosball table, bikes. Wifi. Coffee maker/toaster and kitchen essentials. Pots, pans, silverware and utensils. The freezer has a ice maker. Family friendly with a fenced pool. Pool toys. BBQ. Washer and Dryer. No neighbors in back or side. View for miles! Heated pool for additional fee.

The Hot Tub is NOT guaranteed to be working (we don't list house with hot tub). If you are planning on staying because of the Hot Tub, there is a lot of maintenance that goes into it and it's not always up and running. Sometimes it is, sometimes it is not.

Home located on the end of a quiet cul de sac.

Estrella Mountain Ranch has 2 man-made lakes and a Residents' Club with a lap pool and fitness center. The community has tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. It also has a playground and biking and hiking trails.

Accommodation was excellent. It was spacious with 2 living room areas for people to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked for our gourmet Thanksgiving/birthday celebration. The hosts were very responsive. The setting was gorgeous, quiet, and private.

The house is in great shape , we always take note of how a place smells when you walk in the door the first time and it smells very clean. The pool is large and the kids loved it , huge backyard with multiple spaces and great grill and outdoor cooking area. The back yard is very private and has an amazing view of the desert and white tank mountains . Quiet safe neighborhood. It’s a 3-4 minute drive from Safeway and other stores and shops , and 15-20 to target and large shopping center. We will definitely be back .we stayed for 10 days over spring break , mid march, it was 30 over normal temps , 95-105 but it made the pool that much better!

Family friendly, roomy.

We planned many outdoor activities right in the neighborhood, from biking and hiking the area trails to just enjoying a few hours playing in the family friendly backyard pool. All amenities such as grocery stores and coffee shops are nearby. Our VRBO hosts Cirdan and Heidi are attentive professional and easy to work with. We hope to return.

Our favorite place

This was our 3 stay at Estrella Mountain Ranch, and it never disappoints. The house is very well maintained and has everything we need. The neighborhood is so quiet, you never hear road noise or dogs barking. It is the perfect place to unplug and relax. We will be back again!

Beautiful home love the outdoor area.

Clean, good location. Pool was a little warm and screen door does not stay on. Only 2 little things. The house is just as advertised. Have stayed there twice will stay again

Hi Leslie, I just want to make sure that for the next time you stay, we can turn the pool temp up or down for you. If I would have known while you were staying that it was too hot, I could’ve quickly turned it down for you. Also, the screen door does come off the track if it’s pushed on, like most screen doors. It’s very simple to put back on and I could’ve had someone take care of that also if you weren’t comfortable doing it.

Golf group of buddies

House and amenities were very accommodating. Desert views and sunrise/sunset were amazing. Kitchen and cooking/dining supplies very well stocked. Bedroom & Bathroom configuration was satisfactory, only 1 BR had on suite bath, the remaining all shared 2 full baths.

Relaxing Desert Get Away

Our family loved staying in Estrella Mountain Ranch. The scenery was spectacular, the house immaculate, and the pool was lovely. The kitchen was so well appointed - you won't wish for anything. We particularly enjoyed the home's location - the last house on a quiet cul de sac. It was close to everything, yet so peaceful. My husband was able to head out on local trails for some mountain biking. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!!

Fantastic family home!

The house is awesome. Pool, fire pit and back yard views are better then advertised. Well planned back yard with excellent fencing to keep our 2 year old grand daughter out of harms way. Can't say enough about the value of this property. About a 35-50 drive to Tempe or Scottsdale. Owners really work to make sure guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. We use VRBO twice a year and this property is one of the best ever!

Perfect!

This house was perfect for our family's spring break! More than enough room for the 6 of us, and the pool is amazing - good size, shallow area for little ones, and the backyard is amazingly private. Can't see any neighbors when you're back there - just peaceful desert scenery. Goodyear has a good selection of restaurants and shops. We're not into antiques much, but stumbled into the Brass Armadillo while waiting for another store to open and everyone loved it! It was huge with tons of cools stuff. Was also nice having TV's in every room with lots of channels for down time. We'll be back!

Magnifique paysage , intérieur maison bien et la propreté était correcte sans plus, ça pourrait être mieux;poubelles déjà pleine à notre arrivée, vaisselles sales ,plusieurs éléments brisés ou inutilisables dans la cours arrière, chaises, parasols , le bbq fonctionne mais pas d’allumeur on a du en acheter un , le spa était non fonctionnel et selon le proprio ceci n’était pas garantie et il n’éprouve aucun scrupule à laisser la photo sur son annonce ,code non fonctionnel à notre arrivée on a du rejoindre le proprio et attendre plusieurs minutes pour accéder à la propriété bien qu’il a été rapidement joignable , le reste est bien mais on peut facilement trouver mieux pour le même tarif dans la région avec un minimum de recherche , quand nous avons confronté le propriétaire sur les enjeux , il nous a proposé de nous trouver un autre emplacement…ce que nous avons décliné pour ne pas perdre d’avantage de temps à nos vacances , si l’annonce aurait reflété la réalité nous aurions assurément opté pour un autre emplacement dès le départ

Wonderful Property - Incredibly Tranquil

We spent the month at this Goodyear location, exploring the surrounding Phoenix area. The property is a great size for families with all the amenities. Additionally it is in a great location, near enough to everything you need. As a couple, we chose this property for the privacy. It did not disappoint. Roughly a 270 degree view without neighbors. Great for watching the stars and enjoying the quiet. The home was very comfortable and the pool was a treat. We had a wonderful time and did not want to leave. We would definitely return.

Second time here.

We enjoy this house as it is our second time staying and hopefully not our last. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The patio and pool of this house is very private and the house is very spacious and accommodating. Multiple bathrooms are very nice, the master suite is almost perfect if it had a king sized bed but other than that we love it. The owners are very nice and pleasant to deal with. 😃
