Perfect for anyone seeking a beautiful and peaceful setting in paradise. Enjoy Maui's breathtaking views from your private lanai. A spacious grassy area just outside your lanai leads to the water's edge. Watch whales from your lanai during the mating season. Swim with turtles and tropical fish in Honokeana Cove. Famous Napili Bay sandy beach is a lovely 10 min walk away. Pool is a short distance from your lanai. Condo is air conditioned with full amenities and a BBQ conveniently nearby.

The condo was remodeled. The kitchen has granite counters, hardwood with glass door cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The vanity has a granite counter with stainless steel above counter vessel and hardwood cabinets. The bathroom walls are retiled with porcelain/travertine, natural stones in the shower floor and European style shower stall. T. There is a large flat screen LCD TV in the living room. We have AC in the bedroom. If we leave the door slider open, it is enough to cool the whole condo. There are 2 swimming pools, one is just 2 condos away, close enough so that you feel it is your own yet far enough for privacy. . The gas BBQ's with picnic tables are very conveniently located from the condo, great place to grill a steak or your favorite cuisine.

There is ample parking on the site. We provide beach towels for guests. Free WiFi.

We charge a cleaning fee of $250.00. Damage Deposit: $350.00 refundable if no damage is reported after your stay. Rates, GE-046-391-5008-01, TA-046-391-50008-01

Stunning bay and sunsets!

First time at Napili Point. Best staff running this resort! Super helpful and friendly. Despite having condo association rules about kids, noise, pool etiquette, we had a few issues with a large group having a week long celebration with a lot of very healthy kids. This equated to overwhelming noise at times and when we asked for a notch down when sharing the pool, were met with hostility. Basically nothing could be done , but Mike the property manager stepped up and de escalated one very angry guest who expected the kids to have free access and no boundaries. This property was built in the 70ā€™s so some units are 2024 updated, while others are not. This really doesnā€™t matter! Sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views! A21 is great for no one above you, a terrific shower for short folks ( remember you are into the ground), great bed, shaded sunsets for incredible pictures, birds galore (the ā€œSea Grapeā€ was fruiting which the birds loved (beneficial morning and evening sweeping to clear walkways/lanai), and a comfortable, safe part of Maui. A beautiful young sales person at the Lahaina Cannery Mall spoke to the large photo of the memorial board float for the fire. My heart swelled as she spoke about the loss still evident and worth listening to. Respect and tenderness as the community recovers. I learned the tiny home community might have dwellings, but the infrastructure for water is not in placeā€¦still. Tip generously, be kind. Tourist v.s. traveler

Two weeks in paradise

As always, Napoli resort and the area was magnificent. We can never get enough of the natural beauty and peacefulness of that particular area. The condo was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great experience. We've stayed at Napili Point many times, but the first time in this particular oceanfront condo. It was top notch, great sunset views from the lanai and of course loads of sea turtles in the adjacent Honokeana Cove. I will say that the unit's kitchen was pretty sparsely equipped and could use some microwavable containers, more than one measuring cup, and a pyrex baking dish, but we made do.

Place was really,really small. Claim that it stayed cool was inaccurate. There were seven fans in there and had them all on to move air around to feel comfortable. Sink in bathroom is a joke. Mold in bathroom. View is fantastic. Sunsets were gorgeous. Stayed on Maui in several different properties. This is not very high on our list

Perfect location ā€” hear and see ocean waves and watch turtles from the patio

I was so happy to see how close we were to the cove (and a convenient outdoor shower to use after coming in from another beautiful snorkel with sea turtles, coral, fish, and an octopus). I loved falling asleep to the gentle waves of the bay. Tropical birds and an easy walk to other beautiful beaches like napili bay and kapalua make it the perfect spot for me. Full kitchen so it was easy to make a healthy breakfast but close to some nice restaurants just a walk away. Or drive to great coffee and restaurants and even more snorkeling. Thank you!

Wonderful Short Stay

We enjoyed the incredible view, great snorkeling and easy walk to Napili Bay. We only had three nights in the unit and found the bed comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom worked fine for our short stay. Many thanks to Millard and Shirley for the use of their lovely Hawaiian spot!

Very disappointed island lovers

Sheets on sofa bed were not changed, my found ear plugs when she pulled it out. Some of the dishes were dirty ,sat.morning we were set to make breakfast n one of the pans had egg around the inside rim. Forks n spoons were dirty also no tall glass ware or plastic was available for use. Beach chairs are very warn one the straps were tied together as to carry couldnt carry on your back the other chair was torn. There was no beach towels,but they were delivered fairly quick once we contacted host. When you come to maui you would expect none of this to happen . We have stayed at other condos in napili point n napili shores n never had this problem. Only one good thing to say is view was awesome.

Excellent location on turtle bay. You can also walk to Napili and Kapalua Bays. Stunning views and great bird watching. You can also see turtles swimming in the bay.

Excellent lanai for beautiful sunsets and relaxing

The location of the condo is excellent, we sat on the lanai every morning and evening. You could spot whales in the distance, so peaceful watching the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. Close to the pool, ocean, bbq's and parking. No one under or above you in the unit. Lots of beach amenities available such as sand toys, ice chests, 2 chairs, and boogie boards. Great to have a washer and dryer. Beautiful newly retiled/glassed shower. Lots of fans to cool and dry things in each room. The only knock I have on the unit is that the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and really can only sleep one non-child, but that's not unusual for a soda bed. We hope to stay in this unit again in the future and highly recommend it to others!

Turtles Galore! Location is 5+ star. Condo is 3 star.

We expected to see a few turtles. We were blown away by how many turtles we saw! Minimum 20 each snorkel. They would swim right into you. There were 9 just lounging on the rocks at the neighboring condos. Location was amazing!!!! Getting in the water was a little challenging for my mom (60+) especially with some surge but would be reasonable for most people in calmer waters. I got a bit scrapped up on entry. The pictures are accurate. And we saw so many whales from the patio it was comical! The view from the lanai is magnificent and it's an easy stroll through some tall bushes and over some lava rock to the neighboring Napili Bay which is gorgeous and easy for swimming. The bbq grills were pristine and the landscape was very manicured. The condo itself is average. The bed was comfy. The sofa bed was not! I would only recommend it for children as my mother was quite achey from it and didn't sleep well. We also found cheerios under the mattress which drops the clean rating. The doors to the bedroom do not shut completely so don't expect privacy. There's a few inch gap. It was really nice to have laundry in the condo and a descent bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fine but I wouldn't cook anything more than the basics in it and it could use more than one white and one red wine glass and some water glasses larger than 2 gulps. The furniture was quite dated and the swivel chair felt dangerously loose so we didn't even sit in it. There was so much stuff in the closet we couldn't hang our long clothes in it. The property manager Millard was very good at communicating until we got into the property and then I never heard back from him when I messaged about the temperature adjustment in the shower being stuck. Fortunately it was stuck on neither extreme but it would have been very nice to be able to adjust it. It was fine but not what I'd expect for the price tag. The location is what you pay for.

Condo with a view

It was great having a morning and evening view of the ocean - can't compare! Also, the beach was a very short walk away and the pool steps away. The condo was clean and had everything I needed.

30 year anniversary

My wife and I loved our time at napili point. Perfect size for us. Great location for easy access to beaches. But Napili beach is always our favorite for the family friendly environment, the snorkeling and the views ! Thank you! We will be back for our 3rd visit soon-

Truly did enjoy our stay.

Room things to report 1 - Right front stove burner does not get hot 2 - Hair dryer over heats and shuts off after 3 or 4 mins 3 - Ice maker leaks water into ice basket making large block of ice. 4 - TV remote in bedroom needs new batteries. 6 - Curtain rod over main door coming lose from ceiling 7 - Screens door hard to open and close. 8 - Chair in corner between doors is dangerous. Itā€™s going to break and somebody could get hurt. This seems like lot of nitpicking, but truly enjoyed my time and rent again. I just want management to know of issues.

Location, location, location

The first part of the review is for those who have not stayed at Napili Point. The second part of the review is for repeat guests. This condo unit is located on the lowest level and right next to the pool. So if you fancy a dip in the pool or go snorkelling with turtles or do some communal BBQā€™ing - look no further. Napili Point is one of the best condo properties around, with walking distance to, literally everything. The owners were responsive, their check-in and condo usage instructions were all good.You cannot go wrong if you book this unit :-) Now, for those of you that have stayed here before, full disclosure - this unit is one of the few onea that are not managed by the condo property management team. So, there is no housekeeping available. If you need anything replaced, the owners strive to help out, but turn-around will be 2-3 days since their housekeeping comes from elsewhere on the island. The sun-shades were tied up for some reason so the glare meant that kids woke up sooner than we wanted them to. There were some lights that did not work; the TV remote batteries were old; there was no easy way to hook up your entertainment device (roku, fire) since there are no spare hdmi ports. And finally there are way too many disclaimers/warnings plastered all over the condo - ā€œdont do this, dont do that..else you will lose your depositā€. I can empathize with the intent, but its jarring. But, you cannot beat the price! So, if you are looking for a better managed condo and willing to spend more, you can call up the property and book with them directly. As for us, we loved the location so we were willing to overlook these shortcomings and still had a great time staying here.

Had a wonderful 10 days here with the best view! Enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning. My husband snorkeled with the turtles in the bay... didnā€™t want to leave the condo. Will stay at this condo next trip to Maui. Air conditioned bedroom was great!

Gorgeous views, comfy home

We stayed here from Jan. 31 to Feb. 4, five nights. The location is fabulous, with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The tiny condo, just the right size for us, has a nice lanai outside where we spent a lot of time reading, chatting with passers-by, having coffee and meals, and watching for whale spouts and ballets. And it was quiet, even two doors from the pool. The noisiest thing around is the ocean. The "resort" is one in name only - individually owned condos of varying sizes, all with ocean-front views, housekeeping staff for post-departures, and a couple of pools. Otherwise, none of the usual resort amenities - salon/spa, hot-water spa, restaurant, etc. We did fine on our own, but if those items are critical to your enjoyment, they aren't here. But the views from each unit more than make up for that, and all those things are a short drive away. We met a woman who has been coming here for 22 years and won't go anywhere else. We found our unit well-furnished and equipped, with a complete kitchen and comfortable living-room. It was clean and ready for us before the official arrival time. We aren't planning a return trip to Maui, but if we do return, this is the place for us.

Amazing Sunsets and more

My wife and I were looking for a beachfront get away and chose this unit as it sounded exactly like what we were looking for. Nearby beach, snorkeling outside the front door, beautiful views and sunsets, etc.. It has it all, just as advertised. We couldn't have asked for anything better for what we wanted in a vacation spot. The first three days were very calm and beautiful for snorkeling. Then the winter swell kicked in and we got to enjoy watching some great surfing for the next few days. Just be aware that if the swell kicks in, you will want to go elsewhere for snorkeling. We loved walking out to the point and watching the sunset each night, but could see it from our room/patio as well. There was quite a bit of public traffic through the place once the surfing started, but we found people to be polite and considerate. It appears there is public access along the shoreline, so it is not completely private, but it seems like only the locals know about it, so not too bad. We understood that this was the first big surf of the year, so to be fair it was probably a rare occurrence. We will definitely consider this place if we decide to come back to Maui. Also, Millard (owner) was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for a great time!

Beautiful unit in a great location!

Everything about our stay at Napili Point A21 was just lovely. The pool, the view, the comforts of the condo were all just what we had hoped for. We have visited the islands many times, so just looking for R&R and Napili Point is a great place to do that. Our biggest adventures were into Lahaina Town to see the Banyan Tree lit up for the holidays, and for a sunset dinner at Pacific O. Hope to return soon!

We live in Mission Viejo, California. Shirley is retired from Allergan. She worked as a clinical reseach scientist. I am also retired, was a self employed civil engineer and surveyor. We always wanted a place we could call our own in Hawaii. My daughter and son-in-law have several condos in Maui. We were invited to stay in one of their condos in Napili Bay. We immediately and absolutely fell in love with the Napili area. It is so laid back and not crowded compared to some of the other resorts in the island. According to legend, when Napili was being developed, a building could not be constructed higher than the closest coconut tree. It is that way to this day. Staying in Napili Point is like going 75 years back in time. Time seems to stand still when you are there. We invite you to come and visit this truly magical place. Millard and Shirley Blancaflor

After combing the whole island to find that special place to call our own, we decided on this particular condo because of its stunning ocean view, the spectacular and breathtaking sunsets, the cool trade winds in the afternoon, being close to the swimming pool (yet far enough away for privacy), the convenience of the BBQs at the edge of the grassy area. It is very quite here, we are at ground level meaning that no one is above you, only grass. There are no steps to go up or down. The grounds are meticulously manicured and maintained. We are adjacent to Honokeana Cove where the snorkeling is fantastic. Swimming in the cove with the turtles is a wonderful and rare experience. Napili Bay, a sandy beach is just a short stroll along a natural path around the point. We indeed found our special jewel in the Pacific! We would like to share this experience, in this very special place in paradise with you.

At the time we purchased our condo, there was one 'A' unit available at the 'point', however we selected this condo because it was quieter, has less foot traffic, closer to the pool, better access to the BBQ's and in our opinion a better picturesque view. This view is framed with the immaculately manicured grass in the foreground, brilliant red bouganvillia in the near foreground, then beyond the gorgeous dark blue of the ocean, to the left by the brown/green landscape and to the right by the island of Molakai and above by the beautiful white clouds set in the light bue of the clear sky, and occationally arched by a stunning rainbow!! It is absolutely breathtaking!!
