Remodeled Frisco Mountain Side Condo - Pool and Hot Tubs/WiFi

This unit is newly renovated and provides a comfortable stay for year round
outdoor activities. Located at the Montainside, you are steps from the White River
National Forest offering trails for hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
Mountain bike trails are across the way as well. Additionally, you will find easy
access to Main Street, down town (1/2 mile), seconds from the bike path that will
lead you to Lake Dillon, Copper Mountain, and many other adventures.

Within the complex, you will also have access to Tennis, Racquetball and Volleyball Courts, in
addition to an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, steam room and sauna, as well as
three outdoor hot tubs and a stream that runs through the property.

Our sunny first floor, one bedroom plus large loft unit was renovated in fall, 2018,
offering brand new flooring, kitchen appliances, bathroom updates, furniture
and bedding. This unit offers blackout shades, two large flat screen TV’s,
community grill and washer/dryer on-site. Sitting and relaxing by our fireplace is wonderful way to
end a day filled with activities. The parking garage is conveniently located just steps
away from our front door, so no need to shovel snow off your car in the winter
months!

Frisco Digs provides cable/internet, board games and a kitchen that is fully
equipped with all the necessities for making a family style meal. We also have pool
towels available and provide bath necessities (shampoo, conditioner and body
soap), along with hairdryer/flat iron.

Landmark places from Frisco Digs include:
- Under one mile from Frisco Bay Marina where you can rent kayaks, SUP
boards, boats and more!
- ½ Mile to Downtown Main Street in Frisco and enjoy the restaurants and
shops
- Major Ski Resorts (Copper, 8 miles; Breckenridge and Keystone, 10 miles;
Loveland and Arapahoe Basin, 16 miles; Vail, 27 Miles; Frisco Adventure Park,
2 miles).
- Close proximity to the sledding hill, adventure park and Nordic Center
- A few minute walk to bike path and trailhead

Sleep Arrangements:
- Two queen bunk beds in the lower room
