The house is beautifully and quietly on a hill near Son Servera and Artà.
Offers a fantastic, direct and undisguised sea views over the bay of Cala Millor and the surrounding hills.
Due to its lofty location pool and surrounding terraces outside are barely visible.
The house on 2 floors with approximately 240sqm of living space offers 3 double bedrooms, one of them as a child / youth room is designed with beds plus pull out.
A full bath with double sinks, shower, tub, bidet and toilet, and a guest toilet are on the ground. Another bathroom with double shower, double sink and toilet is located on the first floor
By the central heating plus a large open fire and open fire, the Finca is easily usable even in winter, long term renters are welcome from November to March.
WIFI, Windows7 computer and a fine stereo system with i-pod docking station and Internet radio are also provided.

Stunning view and large pool

Gorgeous outdoor area and large pool. Lovey garden with lots of flowers. Cosy outdoor sofa. And the view is really amazing and even better than in the pictures! Can really recommend this house - we had a great stay! Car is a must. Very private and quiet location. Bumpy road the last meters up to the house, but beautiful entrance and lot of parking space. Arrived late and the owner provided us with all the info we needed to find the house and check in. Fast response to all our questions. No air conditioning but fans in every bedroom. It worked ok when we also kept some windows open. Towels and pool towels for all guests. Clean a tidy house, but some problems with small ants in kitchen, bedrooms and living room - not a big issue if you have an insect spray at hand. Outdoor sunbeds and pillows for the dining table are a bit dated but absolutely usable. There was a lots of vasps outside when we visited. Nice and modern bathrooms. Two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. One bedroom and one bathroom at ground floor. Plus one toilet next to the living room. Dining table both in kitchen, living room and outside. Great space for our group of five. Recommend to visit the village Son Servera, especially on market day. Also the food in restaurant Peperoncino is amazing! The beach in Calla Millor is really nice and about 12 minute drive from the house. Lots of nice restaurants with sea view towards the Cala Bona side.

Fantastic place..

We've travelling the world, but this place has got to be one of the nicest places we have stayed at. Have also stayed all over Mallorca, but this takes the prize.. Fantastic view and a very nice house. Loved the pool and the surroundings. Had some trouble with the fridge, but that was solved nicely. Thank you for letting us rent this house..

De verhuurder is correct en regelt alles wat nog te wensen is. In ons geval nog wat babystoeltjes en bedje. Hij is erg trots op het huis...en terecht ! De combinatie van uitzicht (vanuit slaapkamer of terrassen), moderne mediteraanse styling, groot overdekt terras en buitenkeuken/BBQ is geweldig !! Zwembad is te blokkeren voor kruipende kinderen en dat is een zorg minder. Komt heel dicht in de buurt van je ideale relaxte en luxe vakantiebestemming !

Wir verbrachten, wie schon oft, eine herrliche Zeit in diesem Haus. Es ist groß, komfortabel und bietet viele Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen, Für Ballermannnfans ist das Haus ungeeignet, nicht zuletzt weil ringsum die Eigentümer selbst wohnen. Wer die absolute Ruhe liebt, genüsslich ein Gläschen Wein trinkt und den atemberaubenden Ausblick zu schätzen weiß, ist hier richtig. Dann kommen Sie genauso gerne wieder, wie wir.

Traumblick

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer Traum Aussicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Wir waren mit zwei kindern im Haus und kommen gern wieder.

Ein Ort wirklich wie im Himmel...

Wir waren bereits drei Mal auf diesem paradiesisch gelegenen Fleckchen Himmel! Neben der Atemberaubenden Aussicht ist das Haus angenehm eingerichtet, bietet mit seinen 3 Terrassen immer wieder neue Ausblicke und mit dem gut gepflegten Pool immer die nötige Erfrischung. In der geräumigen Küche haben wir schon so manche delikate Leckerei zubereitet und wenn es im März am Abend draußen etwas kühl wird kann man prima vor dem Kaminofen den Flammen beim Flackern zusehen. Gerne werden wir wieder Gäste auf El Cel sein und hoffen dort immer wieder einen Platz im Buchungskalender zu finden!
