Location of property is excellent, as it relates to proximity to beach. Saxon Drive is well traveled but a relatively quiet neighborhood that’s central to most areas in NSB. The communication was fair. Tried using a credit card type that wasn’t accepted (AMEX), despite being used to hold the reservation, I was not able to be used to actually pay for the reservation itself. This was a bit confusing. As for the condominium itself, the furniture is cheap but expected. What was unacceptable was the actual cleanliness of the space and condition of the facility. There was mold and mildew built up on shower curtain and base of the shower (corners), there were random spills in the kitchen (Ceiling and cabinet door and pantry door), the oven has rust on the front of the door, the freezer did not produce ice nor keep anything frozen. Please also note that when you utilize the dryer, you need to keep bathroom door shut with the fan and light on; otherwise, the upstairs becomes hot and humid, and the dryer exhaust is not vented to the outside. The baseboard in the guest room was coming off the wall and there was considerable dust built up on both baseboards, floor tracks for closet doors and around dryer/washer. The backyard while private, was overgrown and not maintained. The privacy fence, with two doors exiting to neighbors on either side had broken latches, so when there was any wind whatsoever, the doors would swing open. Overall, for the price, you can find better maintained.
