Rent from a Florida-based owner and pay no silly amenity fees, transaction fees or mandatory 'insurance' policies. Our unit is an oversized end unit 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Spacious, beautifully appointed and comfortable. Huge balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom. Six can sleep comfortably in the three bedrooms. If this unit is booked, please consider our other unit, 325 (VRBO 92366).

We love our condo and would like to share it with people who will enjoy it (and treat it with respect) as much as we do! Recent upgrades include big screen TV (all the bedroom's have TV's) and two leather couch's in the living room. The large soaker tub in the Master Bath and full-sized, and fully-furnished kitchen are other amenities of interest in our luxury condo.

Of course we have free wireless internet.

Parking is available under the building as well as in front of the building. Unfortunately, RV's and trailers (including for boats and jet skis) are not allowed per association rules (Hammock Hardware allows for toy/vehicle storage).

**PLEASE NOTE- ALL CINNAMON BEACH GUESTS**

To check in, the association requires guests to arrive with a "FastAccessPass", noting your drivers license, license plate and state of issuance. We will need these bits of information, as well as your direct email address (as AirBnB's email does not handle attachments), and will send you the FastAccessPass to bring with you. If you are renting a car, that is fine- we will note the car as a rental. Unfortunately, as of June 2018, this is a requirement and the association will issue a fine of $50 for those without this paperwork. Unfortunately, this is for all guests at Cinnamon Beach (for the record, we do not like this!). Tony

If you desire true luxury, steps from the beach, our condominium is the right choice for you. You can even hear the ocean's roar from the large balcony.

The Cinnamon Beach complex is located within Ocean Hammock, Northeast Florida's most prestigious oceanfront community, located conveniently midway between Daytona Beach and Saint Augustine, and only 75 minutes from Orlando area attractions. Groceries, shopping, and restaurants are minutes away.

On the premises you will find the beach steps away, two heated pools (one is ocean side for adults, the other offers a waterslide, recreation room, work-out equipment, clubhouse, play area, snack bar, and children's game room) and other amenities. Our condominium is furnished with fine quality furniture, one king, one queen, and two twin beds to sleep up to eight in comfort.

The gourmet kitchen features Italian granite countertops and top quality appliances. Free garage parking and direct beach access steps away. No matter how high your standards, you will be delighted!

Vacation Rental Amenities:
Our guests at Cinnamon Beach have a choice of two clubhouses for their exclusive use. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach.

The more lively Lake Clubhouse includes a fitness facility, a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a playground, and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake. Water sprays, fountains, and cascading waterfalls create the perfect place for everyone to cool off.

Quiet, good location

Good location. Clean.Kitchen was well stocked.The only thing I wish we would’ve had more towels.We were switched to a different unit as we were on our way to the resort. The unit that we were given did not have ocean view. But the view from the balcony was great.

Quiet and relaxing winter getaway

First time staying in this condo but we have stayed in the Cinnamon Beach neighborhood 4-5 times over the past 10 years. We keep coming back because the neighborhood, amenities (pools, workout room common areas) and grounds are always clean and well maintained. There are multiple restaurants nearby and the Publix is convenient to pick up groceries. Pros: Great communication and responses to questions from the owner prior to booking and during our stay. There was an issue with the AC and the owner had a company out to fix it quickly. View of the golf course and ocean from the large balcony. Kitchen, living room and master have vinyl plank flooring. Kitchen was equipped with enough of everything for our family if 5. Comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Newer smart TVs in every room. Unit is large and had plenty of room for 5 people. Unit was clean when we arrived but could use a good deep cleaning.(we dropped a game piece under the couch and the floor was covered in dust,cereal and other items). Short walk to the beach access. Cons: Long walk to the pools due to the building being on the far end of the neighborhood. There are 5 minute parking spots in front of the pools if needed. Some of the furniture is worn, outdated and showing its age. Patio door faces northeast so you don’t get much sunlight during the day making the living room and kitchen a little dark without all the lights on.

Enjoyable stay!

Comfortable and well equipped property, larger than depicted online. Beds were comfortable and complex was quiet. Nice adult pool area too. The only item that was disappointing was the “ocean view”, it was more of a partial view and seemed along ways away. Golfers were much closer and more of the view than the ocean. We were very busy so wasn’t a deal breaker this trip. Overall, no hesitation to stay in this complex again!

Best pet Friendly condo

My husband and I and our son and his wife and their husky which is a puppy and crate trained spent seven nights in this wonderful condo. Location Was perfect to the beach. Plenty of car parking. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen was superb! Plenty of dishes and serving pieces and extras in the pantry left behind from previous guest. We did cook for of the three nights and the pots and pans were wonderful as were the array of appliances. Thank you for such a lovely stay and such a lovely kind and Location. The Still Family

SUNRISE WALKS ON BEACH

Pros: The condos are convenient to beach ( about a 30 step walk), the pools were very nice, the people in the other condos were very friendly. The condo was very roomy with a quiet outdoor area overlooking the golf course & a view of Atlantic Ocean. Plenty of sheets, towels, etc. Cons: Plenty of beds but the ones on the front two bedrooms were on the very soft side. The most disappointing part was when brushing my teeth, large chunks of black mold came out of the bathroom sink. I then checked all the other faucets & it was the same thing. Pretty gross. I contacted the owner, and sent him a video of the black chunks falling out of the faucet. He sent the housekeeper, who was completely baffled. I insisted that it would need to be flushed. He sent a handyman from the building the replaced the one mesh in the bathroom faucet. He suggested I run the tub for awhile. Needless to say, we did not drink any water for the rest of the month stay. Had bottled water to be safe from ingesting mold. I proceeded to wipe down any faucet I could with vinegar. But not much else I could do without the tools to flush the piping.

Wonderful 2 week stay

The unit is very much as described, except that it does not feel dark as other reviews mention. This is an interior condo unit with a very nice golf course view to the ocean. Beach access is a 3 minute walk past 2 condo units. We walked the beach multiple times daily. Be aware that this part of FL has some true reef formations so be careful of the rocks along the beach and in the surf.

Beautiful community in the beach

Tony was great to deal with and his unit is well set up for family to visit - lots of room and well equipped The location is close to everything - beach is steps away - pools are amazing - 5 golf courses within 30 minutes - lots of shopping nearby - it has it all and Palm Coast area is wonderful. We will be back next year.

Very Comfortable

The Management was very helpful and welcomed communication. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the entire condo was cozy feeling. Fortunately the owner provided plenty of paper goods since it was the bag that did not get packed when we left home. Because the unit does not get a lot of sun and the furnishing are darker woods, I suggest lightening up the walls more in the living , dining kitchen area. It was a great vacation and we would certainly stay there again. Eileen and George

Great Beach Condo

The condo was spacious and clean. Although not your typical bright, light beach decor, the high-quality furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well-supplied, with both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. We were especially pleased to find enough dish soap, dishwasher soap, and trash bags on the counter to use during our stay. The beach access is just two buildings away, and there is a view of the ocean beyond the golf course from the balcony. The pools are a little bit of a hike, but a pleasant walk (about a quarter mile) from the condo. Next to the kiddie pool and splash pad, our three year old granddaughter especially loved the kid-sized easy chair in the living room. The only negative is that although there is a large table on the balcony, there are only two chairs, so our family couldn’t dine outside. All in all, it made for a great, relaxing vacation.

Cinnamon Beach Get Away!!

Great Week for a blended family of 6. The condo was spacious, accommodating, and a great view of the golf course and beach. The property was well maintained and enjoyable for our crew 3yr, 5yr, 8yr, and 13yr. The beach however is mostly covered with reef rocks except for the area near the pool. Not a deal breaker but didn’t realize it until our feet got sliced open on the first night. The owner was responsive to all our inquiries!!

Beautiful condo and resort, but several items that would make it wonderful.

No cold water in the guest bathroom sink. Missing one dining room chair. Deck chairs on balcony badley corrode. All 4 need replacing. One broken beyond using. No wash rags period. Missing a lot of flatware. Laundry room doors not mounted. Beautiful condo and resort.

Better than advertised!

We loved saying at #234 Cinnamon Beach. I really study the description and reviews before I book...so I am looking very closely. It was better than described. I would have added the following....high ceilings, incredibly large balcony with beautiful view of the ocean, sliding door to the balcony from the master bedroom that we kept open at night to drift off to the sound of waves, a beautiful lap pool for adults right on the beach just a 5 minute walk away, groceries store and good eats 3 miles away and an extremely quiet, safe, gated neighborhood. Well, maybe some of these things were mentioned but they just seemed even better in person....maybe it is because we left 30 degree weather and snow in Boston!

The fully equiped kitchen makes have mid-day and late-night snakes no problem, saves on meals (especially breakfast) and even allows for elaborate meals and celebrations.

The property is near-new, kept in great shape and has the beach within steps; two pools, a fitness center, grill restaurant, and game rooms add to the fun. Of course, with the beach steps away, it is easy to wiggle your toes in the sand in minutes!
