It features a boat dock with a lift, a boat, and a two-person canoe. The house is very centrally located. You can reach the public beach at “Doc’s Beach House” in 6 minutes, Barefoot Beach (through the community) in 8–10 minutes, Vanderbilt Beach in about 15 minutes, and the Miromar Outlet Center via the interstate (5 km away) in 12 minutes. Via the nearby Tamiami Trail, you can reach Naples in 10–15 minutes,and Fort Myers in 20 minutes.<br>Amenities of the “Floridian Dream” villa: The house offers 3 bedrooms across approximately 125 square meters, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a queen-size bed in each of the other bedrooms, a TV and a radio alarm clock with an iPhone dock, 2 bathrooms, a living room with an adjoining dining area, and an open-concept kitchen.<br>In the living room, you’ll find a high-quality Florida-style seating set made of seagrass. It consists of a three-seater sofa, an ottoman, a swivel rocking chair, several side stools, and a matching table. The dining room set and the bar stools are from the same collection.<br>Additionally, the living room features a 46-inch flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with an iPhone dock.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a large American-style refrigerator with an ice maker and freezer compartment, a microwave, a stovetop, and an oven.<br>You’ll find all the necessary kitchen gadgets, such as a coffee maker and toaster.<br>A collection of games is also available.<br><br>Outdoor area of the vacation home: Right in the entrance area of the garage, you’ll find a new washing machine, a new clothes dryer, and a laundry area.<br>Three stately royal palms stand in front of the house. You can access the relaxation area and the screened pool (heated) via a paved path around the house or through the living room’s patio door. The paved terrace is partially covered and offers a beautiful view of the pool and the greenery on the other side of the canal. Heated pool; you can set out on a canoe or kayak tour from the canal on the property. <br>The canal has access to the Gulf and is well-suited for fishing.<br>The pool and patio area face west, so after a day at the beach, you can watch the sunset behind the trees while barbecuing on our large grill.<br><br>You can experience fantastic sunsets at the beaches.<br>There are countless sports opportunities: tennis, golf courses, all kinds of water sports such as canoeing/kayaking, motorboating (no license required), and much more.
