The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/ oven, double-door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials to prepare delicious home-made meals. There is a dining table with seats for four.

This unit enjoys a private patio with 4 chairs and a Weber BBQ grill. Outside the patio gate you can access a shared and beautifully landscaped backyard, outfitted with a heated saltwater pool, lounge chairs, and a dining area. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is outfitted with a full stove/oven and all the cookware you need to make a delicious meal at home. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, a toaster, and a blender. Basic spices like sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil are also provided for your cooking needs.

PARKING: Onsite parking spot off the rear alleyway for one car only. This space will only accommodate one compact OR mid size vehicle. No oversized vehicles allowed.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM
