This is a wonderful place! We had everything we needed in this nice complex and enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come back here again!

Great property and grounds. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Could use better cooling (fans) and bigger beach towels. Was misled about laundry. It's on site and 2.50 for washer (3 for heavy duty machine), 2.50 for dryer. Change machine breaks 1 & 5 only.Huge shower in unit. Not ADA compliant in any way, so be aware. 18 inch rise to step over to enter. 12 inch from inside to that 18 inch drop to get out. No grab bars. Sofa bed was a great addition so my cousin and i didn't have to share the bed. Enjoy the morning serenade from the roosters and green parrots!!!

The condo was fine, a little dated. We knew there was no air conditioning but didn’t realize how hot it would be. We had to sleep with the windows and back door open and all the fans going. The location was great. We enjoyed walking up the street in the evenings to the shops- very pleasant! The beach across the way was nice. We only went swimming once but it was good. It was a nice place to stay.

Unit not worth the price

Location and newer units are nice.However,#106 is an older unit that has paint and plaster flaking from walls,ceiling and bathroom window sill. Not enough space for 2 people to place luggage comfortably. Kitchen outdated and shower and pseudo closet are not shown in pictures for a reason. Had we seen pictures of parking lot view,bathroom,and close up of dated kitchen we would not have stayed here. Since leaving Kauai I noticed newer units advertised are much nicer and less expensive. We feel we were over charged and not accustomed to living under these conditions

Perfect lil apartment for a visit

My partner and I had a wonderful baby moon while staying here. We enjoyed the location, the ease of checkin, the concierge services, and easy parking, the place was well stocked in all areas and we had everything we needed. We had a nice view of the ocean and could hear the waves lull us to sleep every night. Although be prepared to be awoken by the roosters every morning, which we didn’t mind. We would stay here again.

Quiet get away in Poipu

Great place, right near baby beach. Less than 5 minutes drive to Poipu. Nice and quiet.

Just what I wanted!

I chose Prince Kuhio Resort for the location and because it is a smaller place. Fantastic sunset viewing is just across the street from you. The grounds are so beautiful and well kept. The building is older and not fancy, no AC but it wasn't needed as the louvered windows kept the breezes flowing. The people living/staying here were mostly an older crowd. I also appreciated having the ground floor unit as there is no elevator.

The property was as advertised. Great view of quiet park off our balcony and ocean across the street. Nice landscaping and common areas of pool and bbq. Thoughtfully equipped by owner. Only improvement needed is balcony door and screen.and shower faucet

Great location, room good, not great

Prince Kuhio 106 needs updating, painting, a few things. All in all, the room itself was good, not great. We left the week before they were set to take care of the "bird" problem. Parakeets noisy and pooping everywhere. If that issue goes away, it would be a pleasant change. The pool is great. We enjoyed meeting the other guests staying there who got in the pool. We hope to come back.

Location, location, location

Nothing fancy, but very clean, and convenient to all of our destinations. The property is well cared for and everyone we met there was very friendly. The host called a few days before our flight to see if we had any last-minute questions. I liked that added touch of customer service.

Splendid location & cute place!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Cute place with all the needed amenities. We felt welcomed. The location is close to snorkeling and a nice restaurant but not in a crowded location which we prefer.

While the location of this condo was great and the grounds beautiful, the condo itself needed some TLC. When we arrived several lightbulbs were out, the screen door leading to the lanai was off the track, the kitchen was not well equipped and there was only 1 box fan and 1 ceiling fan for the unit. Beach towels and chairs were worn and needed replacement.
