Security deposit ($1,000) + first installment (½ rental fee) forfeited upon cancellation
Cancellations within 90 days: all paid rental fees forfeited

Peak-Season Cancellation Policy:
Security deposit ($1,000) + first installment (½ rental fee) forfeited upon cancellation
Cancellations within 6 months: all paid rental fees forfeited
