Charming Beachfront Vacation Home On Crystal Lake: June 27-July 11th available!

This lovingly maintained 4 SEASONS cottage is Waterfront with no road or trail between house and water!! It has a glorious view and private beach on Crystal Lake.

The cottage is clean and spacious, sleeps 10 with parking for 3 cars. 4 bedrooms (3 on upper level, 1 on main level), 3 full baths. There is a king bed in each of the large upstairs bedrooms, 4 full size twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds) in the third (upper level) bedroom, and a king bed in the fourth (first floor) bedroom.

Spacious living area/tv nook on the upper level landing, fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, open dining and living rooms with oak floors, stunning hand placed working fieldstone fireplace, excellent views of the lake from nearly every room, & upper balcony. Main floor family room with 42' flat screen TV & DVD, 2 full size couches, desk area, deck outside of family room w/patio furniture, full size hammock and both gas and charcoal grills. Laundry room adjacent to kitchen w/washer and dryer.

The beach and amenities - a beautiful sandy beach area, fire pit and swimming dock are provided, firewood is also provided for the fire pit. Very comfortable Adirondack chairs are beachfront ready for your use. The cottage is located on the south shore of Crystal Lake and faces almost due north. There are no steps to the beach, it is just across the beautiful lawn. There is plenty of room to enjoy the beach, fire pit and play games.

Our property is adjacent to the Betsie Valley Trail. Biking or walking to Beulah is 1.4 miles and to Frankfort is a pleasant 8 miles. We are close to Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa, Frankfort Lighthouse & Beach, Riverside Canoe and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Come and see this and more, there is so much to enjoy. Crystal Lake will tug at your heart. There is a reason our family has had renters who have come every year for 20+ years; this is summer as it was meant to be.

If you are thinking of joining us for fall colors & fishing, Sept/October/November is an amazing time of year here! It is serene and peaceful with so much to enjoy. Things slow down just a bit and our location is ideal for lake or stream fishing. If you prefer to go out on a charter there are plenty to choose from out of Frankfort, only 8 miles away.

Winter fun is another great time to enjoy our lovely cottage! It is located only a few minutes from Crystal Mountain Ski Resort & Spa where the winter fun never ends. Stay with us, close to the fun at a reasonable rate.
