Location means everything.
Whatever your preference, it is just a short walk or drive away from this beautifully furnished, two bedroom, two bath villa with all the modern conveniences including WiFi(Wireless Internet).

Located in the Lands End Beach Resort in the prestigious Arcadian Shores area of Myrtle Beach. This area is a family favorite. Short walk (600 yards or one par-five) to the beach via private road and use of seven pools and tennis courts. Enjoy a less crowded beach at the 500 acre nature preserve located adjacent to the resort property which offers Myrtle Beach's most privacy and peaceful seclusion on one and a half miles of UNDEVELOPED BEACH.

If you want something more lively, a short walk south on the beach will get you to the premier resorts with beach bars, bands, and dancing. Beach not your style, prefer shopping or golf? You'll be convenient to everything else. Less than one mile from Tanger Outlet, Super Walmart and Arcadian Shores Golf Club. One to two miles to Barefoot Landing, shows and Restaurant Row. Ten miles to Broadway at the Beach. Short cab rides (five to ten minutes) to the most preferred places like House Of Blues, 2001 dance club, Dixie Stampede, Sands Ocean Club (Ocean Annies). Don't forget the new Freestyle Music & Amusement Park, open now.

You are convenient to the roughly 100 golf courses of the area. Our direct access to the new Highway 22, and Highway 31 by-pass means you can get to many courses without dealing with traffic on Highway 17 (Kings Highway). Whatever you prefer, you can get here and there faster. You will be relaxing while others are still trying to get to the hotel or standing in check-in lines.

You will be just as excited about the Mediterranean styled villa as you are the location. This third floor villa has a beautiful view overlooking the pool. It is continually updated by the owners who spend time here themselves. Definitely not the typical rental unit. Villa features queen-size beds in both bedrooms, as well as a full-size air bed. The attractive furnishings will make your time in the villa as enjoyable as your other activities in the area. TVs in both bedrooms and living room keep everyone happy, especially the kids.

The owners spend a significant amount of time here in the off-season so they have made sure it is a place they will enjoy staying, and trust that your stay will be enjoyable as well. One stay and you will look forward to your next visit as we have a high rate of repeat renters.
Sit back and enjoy the breezes, and a cool drink on the large balcony away from the typical hotel crowds.

A $200 refundable Security/Damage deposit is all it takes to hold your reservation.

A great stay with great hosts.

This property was the perfect stay for my family. It was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed. It's a great location between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach which made it easy to explore both areas. We loved being within walking distance to the ocean, though we usually made the quick drive to park closer with our gear. We spent some time every day between the ocean and the pool or both. We also loved being so close to a quieter more secluded area of beach. Melissa was so great about answering our questions. We had an unexpected change in our plans and she was so great about allowing us to reschedule our stay for a different week that worked better for our family.

Family vacation

Overall it was a good place and I would stay here again. Lack of linens was inconvenient and not my preferred way to travel a long distance. Access was easy to the unit, pool was great. It is a good walk from the beach 5-6 blocks so we drove with the small kids. Rooms were clean and neat, I didn't notice it was not 3 beds but 2 beds and 1 air mattress. I never understand why that is offered in listings since most of the time you can provide your own. Location was great. I would have preferred more access to dish pods for the dish washer. Also was a 3rd floor unit which I don't remember being listed, I didn't see access to an elevator. Not a critique from me but would be good to know for others. We had lots of fun!

Loved it

We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean and in a convenient location for all the things our family enjoys. We chose to drive to the beach access which was super easy to get to. The owner was very friendly and available if we needed anything. We will be back. :)

Very peaceful had just enough space and some and was able to get most of our outings in and get back for a recharge everyday until our last 2 days the weather was not cooperating so we had to make adjustments. Overall, well worth it and would love to give it another go.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!

Melissa is a super duper awesome host from booking to exit!! The location is ideal, property is super clean and inviting! The “year rounders” are also warm and inviting. We are very quiet and generally keep to ourselves but, the sweet people that are permanent residents checked on us and engaged us as if they were our permanent neighbors. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!

Beautiful Condo in MB

I stayed here for 4 nights with my mom. The owner kept in contact with me to make sure everything was ok. She was very professional and helpful. I actually forgot that this resort had beach access in the back. It was so convenient and peaceful. This condo was soo clean. I love the balcony and pool view. I felt at home. It's close to the mall, and many attractions such as Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the beach, could definitely stay here again.

Amazing

So happy we booked here ! Great location., beautify decorated , friendly property owners ! Melissa was top of the line ! Great area and close enough drive to everything ! The photos do not do this place justice , it’s incredible !!

Beautiful condo at Lands End, well beyond our expectations

Melissa and Paul obviously take great pride in ownership. Their condo was wonderful. Nicely decorated and in tip top condition. They were wonderful to work with and we will definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach. If I could give a 6th star, I would.

Great Comfortable Property Close to shops in a quiet neighborhood!

Our stay was better than expected. Spacious and comfortable condo! The bathrooms were phenomenal! Garden tub in the master bedroom is a great size. I'm 5'9 and 180lbs and I was comfortable soaking in it. There is a less than 10 minute walk(depending on how fast you walk) to the beach that is never flooded with people. Tanger Outlets are less than a mile up the street and Walmart across the street from that. The pools were clean and there are plenty of item for your use like beach chairs, pool noodles, etc... The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Smart TVS in all the rooms. I am not a fan of Myrtle Beach but after this stay I will be booking again! Also the check in/check out process was very easy. I love how there is no key to keep up with as well!

Great Property and Great Location

Spent three nights at this property as a quick get away. Everything is just as you see in the pictures. Really enjoyed having dinner on the large patio and the quick walk to the beach made time fly. Property is close to Tanger Outlet and grocery stores are very close as well. Will be back.

Exceeded already high expectations!!!!

Wow, what a week we had in Myrtle Beach. My family and I have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for many years and we typically have a good time and stay in nice accommodations. This year and this condominium exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is extremely nice, all of the conveniences that you could want. The owners are extremely nice and easy to work with. Can't recommend this property too high.

This is the place to stay in Myrtle Beach! You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I just spent a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach and stayed at this condo for our third time. We would not hesitate staying here again. It is obvious that the owners treat this as their getaway home as well. It is very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. Each time we have stayed, there has been a new update made to the unit. It keeps us wanting to come back as it is so comfortable! There is so much to see and do in the area that we discover new things with every visit. There is lots of shopping, restaurants and the beach is great. The Apache pier is a neat place to watch people fish or do some fishing yourself. Melissa was great to accommodate my request to use the Homeaway for the rental payments. Looking forward to visiting again!

Perfect week, year #2

Thanks to Paul and Melissa for our second year at their condo. Quiet and peaceful except for thunder and lightning as we tried to grill each night. As always the condo is in great shape and we loved the remodeled guest bath. Our Canadian family loved the location as well.

Fantastic Vacation

I have to say that this condo surpassed my expectations. The pictures on here do not do it justice. The unit was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The 2nd bathroom looks like it has recently been remodeled and was the best I have ever seen in a rental vacation condo. The beds were very comfortable including the pull out sofa (according to my very picky 16 year old nephew). The owners thought of everything to make your stay wonderful including beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The complex itself was very quiet and very clean. We did use the pool several times and enjoyed the garden like setting. The beach is a short walk away or you can drive and park in the parking garage of the Land's end resort. The beach was fantastic. It was not hard to find a secluded spot by walking up the beach a little way towards the nature preserve. You can look down the beach and see the hoards of people at the bigger resorts and I was so thankful we found this gem. I even saw two deer out on the beach one morning next to the nature preserve. Such a beautiful sight. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone and I hope I can visit again soon. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home and making us feel welcome from the minute we stepped in the door.

Relaxation

We loved our stay at this VRBO unit! Paul and Melissa were great and the description of the villa was right on target. This was truly the most relaxing time we have had at Myrtle. The weather was perfect each day, the beach close by and a terrific salt water pool. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. This is a little piece of heaven tucked away from the crowds. Two restaurants so close by that we walked. Can't wait to return next year!

Fantastic hideaway, will definitely return!

This is a perfect place for an active couple, honeymooners, or someone just looking to get away from it all. It's on the top floor, so no need to worry about people thumping around above you. When we walked in the first time I was stunned at the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The private beach is definitely a plus. Even with the ocean a short walk away and so many other things to see in Myrtle Beach, this condo was so enjoyable that my wife and I looked forward to coming in for the night and sitting out on the deck with a book or catching some TV. It felt that much like a home away from home. Lots of places to shop and eat just down Rt 17 in North Myrtle Beach. The owners are awesome! They are very responsive to all questions and communications. We liked it so much we are planning to return next year if it's available. Highly, highly recommended. It deserves all the five-star ratings it's received.
