Absolutely Affordable at Bay Oaks in Siesta Key

We have been to many beaches and keep coming back to this beautiful place time and time again. Our condominium is located in the Bay Oaks complex across from Crescent Beach on Midnight Pass. It is approximately 1 mile to drive to the public beach or a 15 minute walk. Beach connoisseurs have long hailed this beach as one of the best in the world. Its famous white sand beaches are perfect for long walks and beautiful sunsets. The beach has lifeguards on duty, volleyball nets and chair and umbrella rentals. The condominium is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and a short car ride to shopping malls, movie theaters, casual and fine dining, churches, and over 50 golf courses.

This fourth-floor condo offers privacy as well as a quiet lanai that overlooks the lush, tropical foliage and manicured landscape of Bay Oaks. The elevator (with luggage cart) is close-by and walks out to your individual covered parking space. You are also a very short distance to the tennis courts, heated pool, sauna, showers, recreation room with pool table and lounge where various social gatherings are scheduled. There are marinas nearby for boat rentals, sport fishing and parasailing rides.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, two nightstands, dresser, TV and walk-in closet and adjoins a full bathroom equipped with shower and tub enclosure. The second bedroom has two single beds, nightstand, dressers and walk-through closet which leads to the second full bathroom complete with tub and shower enclosure. The living room has a leather couch, chair, end tables and TV/DVD entertainment center. The dining area has a large table that seats four people comfortably. The lanai is located just off the living room and is equipped with patio furniture.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, food pantry, dishes, cookware and utensils. The full-size washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen in an enclosed area.

Great location

We loved our stay at Bay Oaks. Tracy was super helpful and very prompt to respond to our questions. My kids loved the dock out back and we enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation

The condo was very nice and met our needs perfectly. The location was perfect for the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The convince of taking the trolley was better than trying to find parking especially in the village. Would def stay here again if we visit Siesta Key again.

5 days in Paradise

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay! The only downside was that there was not a beach access path close to the condo.

Great stay

Everything was great. All beach items were there which saved us from bringing them. Great and easy communication with the owner. We used all the amenities such as the pool, grill, pool table and the dock. Even saw Manatees! Tennis courts were closed though.

Bathrooms

Mold on walls next to shower. Peeling paint next to showers. Holes in dropped ceiling. Both bathrooms need some serious work. On the bright side everything worked. Beach was a nice touch, especially the wagon.

Definitely!! Yes!

My wife and two friends spent a week here and absolutely loved it. They were just a short drive away from the beaches (loved Turtle Beach) too long to walk unless you go through some private areas. The condo was very clean and very well stocked for their stay. They enjoyed the personal parking spot and found the pool to be clean. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. This is a definite recommend for a stay.

Terrific Condo near the beach

Condo unit was clean and convenient. Bed was comfortable and living room well furnished. Internet was super fast and television easy to use with easy ability to sling to from phone and computer for music and apps. Kitchen had plenty of amenities and some surprise supplies as well. Lots of beach gear. Shower had good water pressure. Parking easy and elevator access adequate. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Convenient location and included own laundry

We enjoyed having our own washer and dryer in the unit. It was convenient to Crescent Beach. Only one half mile walk. Enjoyed having the laundry rack to dry our bathing suits and towels on the balcony. Even though we did not use them we were impressed that it had umbrellas and other beach gear. It even had golf clubs and pickleball gear. The only thing it didn't have was a fishing rod.

The condo was very roomy. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer is a little small but convenient being inside the unit along with the dryer. There are beach umbrellas and chairs which was fantastic. The landlords are very accommodating. Answered all our questions promptly. When we ask if we should throw away a broken umbrella we found there they immediately replaced it so we had two to use. Above and beyond in my book. The unit was clean. We had plenty of towels and supplies to get us started even though we went to the store on the way. The balcony was a nice extra space to eat dinner or chill in the evening. The pool was nice, good size, and clean. The people we met there were very nice. We had a great time. We would recommend this place and we will most differently re-book this condo in the future. The only complaint was we did not know how to get onto the beach as a lot is private access. We soon found out that we needed to go right out of the parking lot and wa la. There is a beautiful beach access area with plenty of parking, a bath house and concessions, volley ball nets and sand washing stations. There are places to eat in both directions with the beach hub to the left. There are lots of tip only transportation available as well.Call and they come and get you as parking in the hub is limited and its fun for the kids. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back.

Great All Around!!!!

Great location to the #1 beach in USA. Great clean unit. Has every thing you need in the unit and for the beach such as beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, water toys, etc. Great communication! Great Service!!! Great host. Very special thanks to Tracy and the cleaning lady for help us out. We left import documents in the unit. Tracy and her team made sure we got the documents back. She has communicated every step of the way which had us at ease. She would not even take any reimbursement for the shipping and handling.. What a class act!!! GREAT TRIP!!!

We loved it!

Beds were super comfy and the condo had EVERYTHING we needed and then some! Older building but so are most of the condos in Seista Key and it was super clean! The pool was better than pools I've been too beach side and the owner was on top of any questions that we had. If we make it back to SK we would definitely stay here again! No complaints 😊

Very nice place to stay

This very affordable condo is located near everything. In 5 minutes or less, you are in the village enjoying great meals or shopping or several beach access points (and that beach is absolutely beautiful). It has everything you need for your stay as well as for a day at the beach. Decor is quaint and lovely. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. This is a great deal.

We chose this spot because Siesta Key beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We kept coming back for vacations and decided to buy. Then we bought another condo and decided to rent this one out when family wasn't using it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
