Charming 2/2 Bayside T Model condo in Sarasota, steps from the beach.

This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, this two bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. Both bathrooms have convenient shower/tub combinations. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. The condo is tiled with carpet in the bedrooms. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

The kitchen was moderately equipped compared to other properties we have stayed at. Bring all the basics, even salt and pepper. There are really no extras. That is the only thing I wished was better. But it was a nice stay all in all. We would stay again.

Ready for business

We were a little worried about how quickly the resort would be able to recover from hurricane damage, but this unit and the public spaces were great! It was a little crazy/loud some nights (spring break) but that was likely true everywhere. A few more amenities would be nice - like shampoo, kitchen sponges, etc, but overall very nice - especially the bayside pool & lovely beach.

Great place to relax!

We have been coming to Siesta Key for over 20 years and this is our first time at Palm Bay. Everything was just right for the two of us and would have been nice even if we would have brought family! Clean, easy, quiet - yet fun when the games were on and the fans were cheering! All amenities were awesome - pools, workout area, tennis/pickle ball, etc. The beach was easy to get to and as beautiful as ever. Everyone was super helpful and so nice! Remember to wear your bracelet when at pool or beach - or may get a friendly reminder (which is ok)! Will stay here again and recommend to others!

Palm Bay Club Stay in #313

My husband and I are just finishing a month long stay in Florida touring different areas for future trips. We really loved Palm Bay Club and this unit. Although a longer walk to the beach, the bay view and pool area was nice. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning and evening. Unit nicely decorated and had many amenities. Although it was not a huge problem, the screen slider off the living room needs to be repaired which we reported immediately. We really loved Siesta Key beach.

Not a good place for a quiet spring break

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Too many drunk high schoolers, too many drunk adults, too much noise late at night, and the resort seemed to be fine with all of it. I was tempted to ask for a partial refund, but I think I know what they'd say. I wonder if every place in Siesta Key is like this during spring break, but I can't imagine they are. And it's not all the resort's fault. These parents just let their kids run wild.

Hello Josh, thank you for taking the time to write this review and feed-back, unfortunately any and all resorts on Siesta Key are this way in March and April every year, the Sarasota County Sheriff are on the beaches at all hours trying to control the chaos, just as our 24 hour on site security team works to enforce the Rules we live by. We would love to have you back again, we hope you consider another time frame for visiting Siesta Key.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a perfect location. Having free beach loungers was very nice. The condo was clean and the perfect size. We stayed on the bay side and the walk to the beach was not a far walk. There was always a parking spot however not always right at your condo. Might be nice to have them numbered for each unit. Our flight was delayed and the check in after hours was very simple. Felt very secure. We love siesta key and we would stay here again. Private beach but walkable to the public beach for drinks and snacks if you want.
