Love Moab! Love this space!

When we checked in, I felt the pictures on the listing didn’t do it justice. It’s a big open space for gathering, which is amazing. Great host and great accommodations. We will absolutely return with the rest of our family. I would highly recommend Shelly and her property to anyone.

Amazing location!

This home was absolutely stunning, the location couldn’t be better, and the amenities were fantastic! We enjoyed the community pool, the private hot tub in the yard, the amazing views, and comfortable beds! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! This property was perfect for our family of 7!

Wonderful stay

We stayed here with 3 families and it was a nice clean modern house. We had plenty of room and it’s in a great neighborhood. We were happy with all the parking for trucks and trailers and the garage. Good location and local contact Shelly was very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place!

We loved this place for our long weekend get away! Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers, quiet neighborhood that was pleasant to walk, and a very clean house with essential amenities! We brought our dog and the small yard was nice to have! Shelly (property manager) was extremely communicative and helpful with all of our questions!

Moab over Thanksgiving

We came from New Mexico, Idaho and Colorado. This was a great location for meeting We had a great time. The place was just right for bedrooms, and the kitchen was well equipped for foodies.

Great home base for Moab

Beautiful, clean, quiet property for our trip. We are familiar with Moab but first time staying in a house (we typically stay in a hotel). Great choice - the place is beautiful and well maintained. Concrete floors so I would bring house slippers next time. Quiet neighborhood and gorgeous view of the rocks. Would stay again!

Great Area for Families and Kids

We loved this subdivision and this area of Moab. The property was perfect for our family. My own complaint is the back yard could use some love. The landscape and fence needs to be redone. Also the BBQ grill was dirty and would not lite without a lighter.

Just as Described

This place worked perfectly for our visit with 3 adults and a couple of dogs! The kitchen, bathrooms, and hot tub were all clean...very important;) The place was well-stocked and had plenty of space. It was pretty quiet even though the campground was right next door. Check in was easy. Overall it was a great place for what we needed after long days on trails.

Best stay in Moab !

Great accommodations had everything we were looking for! We have been staying here for EJS for 4 years and this is by far the best one. Only con is they don't allow pets but it was a nice week without them:) Thank You. CJ

Grrat place out of town.

The home was a nice home, comfortable beds the master bed was a tad on the high side . But it was comfortable. Fenced in yard for my pup was a plus . Host Shelly was awesome ,we had a couple minor issues that were addressed immediately. Shelly also kept us updated on the weather so we didnt go out into the canyons if there was a storm brewing. She seems to really care about the guests safety. I would def stay here again.

Nice Place to stay

This place was very clean and cute! One of the reasons we picked this place was to enjoy the private hot tub at night as it was our honeymoon and wanted a relaxing touch. Giving only 3 stars because the hot tub was a total let down. Whatever cleaning solution they used to clean the hot tub was WAY too much! It had a very strong ammonia smell that literally made your eyes and nose burn. It was worse when the hot tub was turned on. Other than that, we love it and was in a great location.

Property not kept up very dissatisfied.

We stayed at a VRBO in Cedar City UT for 5-nights prior to this Moab VRBO that property was a 10for everything. Upon arrival at the Moab VRBO property the condo was hot, could not get any TVs to work the outside electrical box attached to the condo cover was off laying on the ground and a wire was cut. As well as several blinds were not working, they had a note on them to not use. Do not advertise nice views of the mountains if you cannot raise blinds to see them. The hot tub lights did not work the whole time of our stay. There was only one hairdryer for downstairs none for upstairs bathroom making it very in convention. I called the contact person Shelly to let her know issues. She came right over and was able to get hot tub working said someone would be by tomorrow and put chemical in and look at the light not working. She was able to get one TV to work downstair said would send man by tomorrow to get all TV's working and see what the cut line in electrical box was. Someone came by the next day and got cover put on electrical box, as well as the 2 TV's downstairs working however my room upstairs never had a TV for the complete stay as well as another upstairs bedroom. The coffee pot was disgusting when we made coffee slime and burnt tasting the first morning. We ran vinegar thru it to clean 3 time before coffee tasted ok. On our 3day of the stay we were going to wash towels used in hot tube and found out the dryer would not heat on any cycle, there was another dryer in the

After reviewing your comments with the homeowner, they wanted to respond to each point to provide some context:-Prior to your arrival, there was a power outage in the area, which seems to have caused several electrical issues in the home. The thermostat had defaulted to a higher temperature but our local contact, was there within 10 minutes of your call, and you had already adjusted it to start cooling.-We were able to get streaming services working on the TVs the first evening. Live TV was restored by the cable company the following morning, and the cable box cover was secured at that time. We confirmed after your stay that all TVs, including those upstairs, were working properly.-We understand the frustration with the blinds. The homeowner is aware that two blinds are not functioning correctly and has already arranged for replacements from a local company. For clarification, these particular windows face the neighboring property rather than the mountains.-The hot tub was inspected, and while the lights could not be fixed during your stay, the jets and heat were fully operational. We offered to bring out a technician that evening, but we followed your preference to address it the next day.-We’re sorry the coffee pot wasn’t up to standard. This feedback has been shared with our cleaning team to ensure all appliances are thoroughly checked before each guest’s arrival.-The dryer did have a malfunction on your last day. This was an unexpected issue with a newly installed unit. We made arrangements for you to use a dryer in a nearby property, and a new dryer was installed immediately after your stay.The homeowner is committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we’re grateful that you allowed us to resolve these issues during your stay. Thank you again for sharing your insights!

Wonderful home base for two families traveling together

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, new, well-appointed home in Moab. It was immaculately clean and stocked with most necessities for an extended stay. The home met our needs perfectly, and we really appreciated the garage for storing gear, the private hot tub (under the stars!), and the generous family room for visiting at the end of the day. Moreover, "Crazy" Cathy (her nickname for herself, not mine), the local contact for the rental, was amazing, responsive, and kind. I needed something shipped via Amazon and the property is so new that the address doesn't register in Amazon's database--no problem, Cathy let me use her business address to receive the package, and she brought it over to the house as soon as it was delivered. That was a nice surprise, and was way above and beyond what I expected. There were only a few downsides worth mentioning. First, the home uses a microwave-radio type "high speed" internet connection. For whatever reason, it was extremely unreliable during our stay and seemed to randomly disconnect from the internet and have occasional very low bandwidth. Normally, I wouldn't be criticizing internet speed in a vacation location, but throughout our week there, I had to do some work, and connecting to my VPN was difficult due to the connection quality. However, given where the house is (the outskirts of Moab), there's probably no other option for internet. Our second quibble was that there was no crib or pack-n-play available for our infant. The management company's website said that one "may be available" upon request; I requested via email, but never heard back. Turns out, there was not one, which was kind of inconvenient. Finally, if you or your family likes to cook, you'll find most of what you need--however, for a place as nicely equipped as this one, some of the kitchen items were strangely flimsy and cheap. Also, the kitchen knives were extremely dull (a pet peeve of mine), making prep an extra chore. However, these complaints are very minor. Our family (grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and baby) agreed! We would stay again in a heartbeat and were very comfortable during our visit to Moab. A great property, great location, and wonderful hosts.

Moab townhome

The home was perfect as a launching point for our exploration of Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Comfortable bedrooms, a nice and well-equipped kitchen, and very nice common space/living room.
