The newly refreshed 1900 sq. ft. space can accommodate a crowd very comfortably. Enter into a heated mud room with a door that keeps the cold out of the main living space. It has space for all the gear. The mud room leads to an open first floor with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, along with a half bath. There is a wonderful fireplace to warm everyone up. The back door opens to a covered patio which is only steps from Kearsarge Brook. The second floor has the master bedroom with an ensuite with double sinks and a jetted bathtub. At the opposite end of the hall is the second bedroom with two full-size beds and a full bath outside. This floor also has a 4ft. wide ladder leading to a large loft area with 1 full and 4 twin beds and a 55" TV for movies and video games that both kids and adults alike will absolutely love! This condo is also great for 2 families or an extended family vacationing together. Cable and Wi-Fi! Great tax-free outlet shopping is available a few minutes away. North Conway Scenic Railway and the village with restaurants, boutique shopping, and of course ZEBS are all within a mile! This CONDO IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for both those who like to be in a secluded area or be right in the middle of the action. IT IS AVAILABLE FOR A SEASONAL OR LONG-TERM RENTAL. See the Location tab for an additional list of activities in the area for all seasons. Towels and Linens are provided for min. night rentals only.

Fall in NH

Great location for all NH has to offer. We were here in the fall for the foliage, but it’s ideal for any season! The condo was a perfect set up, clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Host was fabulous, great communication - would definitely recommend!

Excellent location and accommodations

My family and I had a great time staying at this rental. We travel to the North Conway area twice a year and this is probably our favorite spot so far. This property is located at the base of Cranmore and very close to town. The rental unit itself was large and well maintained. The loft was a perfect spot for movie nights. Check-in went smoothly and we had no surprises throughout the trip. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay

It was an amazing time! The house was so spacious and fit us all comfortably even as a group of 12. The kitchen was well stocked and had all utensils we needed. Great place! Hosts also responded quickly to our questions.

Getaway up North

Perfect family ski condo. Well appointed for families. Kids loved the loft and the creek in the backyard. Ladder to the loft not for the faint of heart and not a great option for younger children, but perfect for ages ~6 and up. Well stocked kitchen for big family meals.

Nice property.

Enjoyed staying there and very comfortable. Only issue was I felt like having to pay a cleaning that doesn't include emptying trash from bathrooms or kitchen just doesn't seem right.

Great North Conway Rental.

I highly recommend this rental. Very clean, spacious condo in a convenient location. Our teenagers really enjoyed the privacy of the huge loft area and short work to Cranmore mountain.

This property was the perfect size for our girls weekend. There were plenty of beds and the loft was perfect & created a fun atmosphere. The property was close to the center of town & easily accessible.

Perfect for Families

We had a great experience. The condo accommodated two families with seven kids between us comfortably. We were able to walk over to Cranmore which was awesome. Anu was great at answering any questions and getting back to us promptly. Would book again!

Clean, comfortable and fully equipped!

This was by far the easiest weekend stay I’ve had in a long time! Anu was fantastic with any questions I had and was very quick to respond. The condo is in a fantastic location and gave the 7 of us plenty of room inside and out! Coming fully equipped for whatever we might need was a great help. The condo was clean and comfortable and allowed our girls weekend to go off without a hitch! Looking forward to coming back!

Great Location, plenty of room

Great for skiers and non-skiers. Perfect location near Cranmore and Kids Learning Center at Cranmore. Great open space living area on the first level. Two big bedrooms on the second floor and the huge loft on the third level. Kids loved it.

Hidden gem

Loved this place. Cozy yet big and roomy. The pictures posted really do not do this place justice. Much larger than appears as in photos. Skiing is right across the street-cranmore mountain. Right up the street from downtown Zebs and Horsefeathers. Most important to us the beds were so comfy.!!! Everything very neat and clean. Compliments to the owner Anu- we would like to stay again next year or the summer!!

Comfortable, clean, and great for families.

Great condo located right at the base of Cranmore Mountain. Lots of room to spread out and relax, with a wonderful third floor space that kids (and adults) will love. Very close proximity to downtown North Conway, outlet shopping, Santa's Village, Story Land - you get the idea; anything you may want or need is just a decent walk or short car ride away. A well appointed kitchen, new leather furnishings, and A++ bedding make this place as close to home as it gets. This place is a winner - we can't wait to be back again!

Tons of room!

Lots of room in this comfortable condo. Ideal for multiple families vacationing together. We had three adults and three teenagers and never felt crowded. The owners were very responsive to all our needs and always got back to us in a timely fashion. The condo's location is ideal - right across the street from Cranmore where there is skiing, tubing and the year-round Adventure Park with ziplines, mountain coaster and giant swing. Also a short drive to the center of town where there is shopping and good food, including our favorite coffee/hot chocolate spot, The Met. We would definitely stay here again. One note - the loft area in the condo is great for teenagers but the ladder leading up to it might be too difficult for small children to navigate. Fortunately, there are two bedrooms on the second floor that younger children could use instead.

Great place

Great setup for a few families and a bunch of kids. Lift allowed the kids to disappear and watch tv alone. Proximity to cranmore is unbeatable.. Kids could walk to and from the tubing/skiing etc. fantastic rental...

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION and the open layout are the reasons we loved this condo . We had been looking for the perfect property for quite sometime with a couple of must have(s)... that both the skiers and non skiers alike in our family agreed upon. In the winter/ski season, it had to be walking distance to the lifts. The skiers for the obvious reasons of getting to the lifts without packing the vehicle and being able to come back if they needed to rest instead trying to find a comfortable spot in the lodge. The non skiers (mom) agreed on this as well because, as most vacationers, we travel to North Conway in one vehicle, and did not want to be stuck in the lodge while the family was skiing. It is perfect for the non skiers to go outlet shopping or down to the village without getting that phone call for a ride back to the condo/house. In the summertime, everyone agreed that our vacation home needed to be within walking distance to the village and had to at least have a pool. After searching for a long time, we all unanimously agree that we found the perfect vacation home for memory making. We hope you make some great memories in the condo and the area as well. It has been recently refreshed.
