Dreaming tree is a cute and comfortable studio condo located in a beautiful forest setting. Our studio includes modern amenities, but rustic decor to give it a unique Tahoe feel. We welcome well-behaved pets at no extra charge. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the village/gondola or the NPOA recreation center. Ski back is possible when there is enough snow! Thanks for taking the time to view our listing. We look forward to sharing our property with you!

Lana was so nice and easy to communicate with. The condo was a perfect location, close to the Northstar Village, recreation center, and a nice little walking trail. It was the perfect cozy space for 2 adults and our 2 dogs. Parking was easy and close to the condo.

I canā€™t say enough good things about our stay here! Lana was beyond accommodating, hospitable and responsive the entire time. The apartment itself is just wonderful - it has absolutely everything you need but what makes it special is the so many little details and we felt at home from the minute we stepped inside. The fact itā€™s dog friendly is such a bonus for us but I would stay here even without a dog! If you have come for the mountain, the apartment is just a stones throw away from the Northstar village so you can walk with your gear in a few mins and ski back if there is enough snow. This is just another bonus as I would stay here anytime of the year even if not going to Northstar. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Lana!

Nice little condo close to the village

This place is very cozy and got its scene. Lana was very friendly and clear on giving instructions. She was also very accommodating on requests. I would book this place again if I am going on my ski trip next time.

Lovely spot

We enjoyed our time staying here. The owner was very responsive and welcoming. The shuttle system was easy to use to get to the village. The place was just the right amount of space and comfort we needed and our dog enjoyed the bin of dog toys made available too.

Summer stay

Great spot for hiking and mountain biking. They are very dog friendly and great hosts. Only downside was the wildfires in the area- and not having acā€¦..but if the smoke wasnā€™t an issue, there would be no need for AC since the evenings are so cool.

Great stay for a long weekend at Northstar

Wonderful long weekend at Northstar. This condo is very convenient to the Village and slopes - almost as good as staying in the Village location wise. Everything was very clean and well maintained and the communication couldn't have been better. The kitchen and supplies were well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Location Location Location

Not only was the cabin conveniently located, Lana was fantastic during the entire process through the end of the stay. Short walk to the club house, and to the village. Lana was super flexible and responsive if we need directions or recommendations, and even reached out directly to ensure we had the information we needed. This is a definite future booking for us, had a fantastic weekend.

We had a fantastic stay. Saw four bears over three days, enjoyed the balcony, the complex and the rec center. And had a fabulous ski weekend. Wonderful spot for us and our pooch! Lovely treats left, sealed the deal. Thank you so much!

wonderful deck in the trees

Lana's place was fantastic. Very spacious for a studio. Lots of comfy living space, well stocked kitchen and a great deck in the trees. Just a few minutes walk to Northstar Village where there are plenty of shops and restaurants yet very peaceful despite being so close. Nice touches with doggie treats, bowls and leashes in case you forget for your furry family members. I would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect stay for my partner my dog and me.Location is incredible - 3 min walk through the woods to NorthstarPlace is a studio but feels big due to the fold down bed (and even with it out)Very cozy. Great big couch and fireplaceStocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. Spices, sauce, cooking utensils, water filter and various machines. Owner left us a bottle of wine which was niceHost was super responsive and niceDog toys and bowl included!Will be definitely coming back

Wonderful Cozy Condo

My husband and I (and our dog) just stayed in this amazing spot for the third time! Lana is lovely and very responsive and accommodating. The studio is cozy, clean and has everything you need. The space is well laid out with a nice living room space, comfortable Murphy bed, and well-appointed kitchen. The location is perfect, walking distance to trails and the Village. Canā€™t wait to come back!

Fantastic Northstar Condo

We have stayed at a handful of properties in the Aspen Grove Condos & Lana's property is now our favorite! This lil gem was perfect for our last ski trip of the season. Lana was the perfect host surprised us with welcome gifts & dog treats for our pup! The location is perfect very short walk to the village but very private, We got to enjoy the deck after skiing due to the warm weather & the view into the forest is magical. The condo is well appointed & you have everything you need from spices to cooking utensils. Don't be dismayed by the steps, they get easier & the reward is worth the climb!

Birthday getaway

The studio was perfect for us! It was super cozy. The bed was really comfy and it was great to have a full kitchen. We did bring a bit too much to hike up to our room, but now we know better for next time. The only downfall was that my 150 lb dog didnt like the stairs, so we had to carry him up and down everytime. What a work out! I would definitely receive this place (as long as you don't come with a stuborm mastiff!)

Lana is a phenomenal host!

This place was perfect for my wife and I. It has everything you need for a weekend getaway in a fantastic location - about a 5 minute walk to the gondola for skiing. The full kitchen was great, especially with the convenient island for prepping. Murphy bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water for after the cold snow, and a nice balcony with some comfy chairs if you need some fresh air!Lana was one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with at a rental! She was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to make sure my wife and I had the best time we could at her place. She was very prompt at responding as well. We hope to come back in the future!

Great Owner, older Condo

Property is within 5 minute walk of all amenities of Northstar Village and easily accessible to trails, and Downhill biking activities! Having access to the wonderful gym facilities associated with Northstar is another great benefit. One downside to this property is getting to itā€¦.The parking lot is 75 yds from the base of the condo, involving 25 steps and then another 30 to the front door on 2nd floor. Pack light, and enjoy the exercise the trek is worth the effort!

(summertime review) We loved it and would stay again! My partner and I stayed at this property for a week mainly to go to the bike park. The studio was spacious enough for the three of us, with the Murphy bed nicely folding away for a little more space during the day time. Balcony big enough to keep our bikes when not in use and still sit outside and enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The highlight for us was that this isn't just a place you're allowed to bring your dog, but they had dog bowls, a whole big basket of toys and even a pack of treats to welcome our fur baby.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful visit last week. The condo exceeded our expectations and Lana was so responsive and helpful. She followed up with us right away after we booked the condo. She provided a lot of helpful information about our visit well in advance of our arrival. She let us know right away when the condo was available for a slightly early check-in and our deposit was refunded quickly upon check out. The condo is extremely clean and thoughtfully stocked with books/movies/toys for all ages and interests. We enjoyed relaxing by the gas stove after some long days on the mountain. The location of the unit is amazing. The walk to the Village is almost closer than the complex's "preferred" parking area. We also enjoyed Northstar and its Village. Lots of options, including a quick gondola ride over to the Ritz Carlton. We will be back!!!
