This Gulf Side unit has a lot of pizazz!! The unit has brand new tile in the kitchen and living area and an updated kitchen with granit counter tops. This unit has a dinette seating for 4, a King and 2 Twin size beds finished with white bedding and a splash of color with accent pillows. Enjoy TV in the living room and both bedrooms, a DVD player and CD player in the living room, a VCR in the master bedroom. Enjoy the beautiful weather sitting out on your balcony and listening to the calming sounds of the Gulf after a day in the sun.

Sunshine and long beach walks

We really enjoyed our stay on Siesta Key. The weather was great so we were able to get in daily walks on the beach. The location was great as there are several restaurants nearby. The free Trolley will take you to the north side of the island for more shopping and restaurant choices.

The unit we stayed in this time was not our favorite but it was clean and had everything we needed. The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating. Pool is nice and the beach is beautiful.

They have always stayed at the house of the sun and we just love it there. The rooms were clean and the location is just perfect! Thank you for another great year!

Perfect for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will not comment on decor, as we knew what the condo looked like before renting. The condo was clean and had all the necessary appointments needed for a wonderful beach vacation! We had our two teenage boys with us, and found the condo to be conveniently located to everything. The beach is large and less crowded than other properties. We appreciated the security and size of the building. We enjoyed the spacious deck on the 5th floor for sunset viewing and even took in a game of family ping pong in the room by the pool. It was nice having 2 chairs available to us on the beach, but follow the rules if you need some extra (LOL). The chair guy takes his job seriously. Thank you again for one of the best beach vacations we have ever taken!

Comes with extra beach chairs and plenty of cookware etc. Only con was no smart tvs and they were very small. The other con is the view of the ocean is basically non existent which I was disappointed with. Would come back for sure though!

Reviewer Comments: While it was nice, I find it difficult when you have 2 couples travelling in different cars from different areas and only one parking space, to charge and additional 140.00 for the week to park a second car is a bit much. Also we rented mopeds for a 24 hour period and told we were not permitted to park them on property!

Very convenient location to restaurants, shopping and bars. My family has stayed in this unit many times and has always been very satisfied. The units furnishings are very homey, the bathrooms are updated and the beds were very comfortable. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating.

June 2016 Stay

Another wonderful week at the House of the Sun. The condo was well maintained and kids loved the pool area. The beach as always was terrific. The staff were professional and courteous. Thanks we will be back again next year!
