Vacation home with private pool and air conditioning

Our house is located in a 1000 square meter garden on the seafront. The apartment we have generously equipped, is rented out.
The beach is on foot in about 5 minutes.
This holiday villa is located in the beach town and yet quiet holiday idyll.
The cozy apartment with a bedroom, living room, bathroom with double sinks and kitchen can accommodate two persons. In addition, two extra beds for children can be placed. A baby bed is available. The large terrace, which is accessible only from the apartment can be shaded by a pergola.
The apartment is fully equipped. If you enjoy cooking, this is in our fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc for holiday fun. You can serve a magical breakfast, lunch or dinner.
In a large separate storage room is a washing machine available. There is a clothes dryer to dry clothes.
Of course, a satellite TV with international channels is available.
An electric heater ensures even on cool days for warmth.
The pool (8 x 4 m) provides for cooling on hot days. The maintenance of the pool water is driven by a combination of salt and chlorine. This pool water you can feel comfortable. In addition, a pool maintenance service comes once or twice a week for cleaning and to check the water quality. Before the pool is a large terrace with an outdoor shower and sunbeds. A sunshade is available.
The whole property has been completed. Max. Two cars can be parked under the carport.
