Beautiful home located minutes from Siesta Key Beach in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. This house has been refurnished , So everything is brand new. This home is in walking or biking distance to great restaurants, or walking and biking in the great neighborhood. Enjoy the siesta village stores and restaurants and absolutely beautiful sunsets at siesta beach. Every bedroom has a HD smart TV and wireless internet throughout the home. Enjoy cooking out on the new weber grille and relaxing out on the lanai watching your favorite show on the mounted TV or listening to music and just enjoying the company of your friends and family. Take a swim in the salt water heated pool, the pool is heated Nov 1 through Feb 28 at 84 degrees. Create great memories as you relax and enjoy yourself in the Siesta Key area. Take a bike ride to the beach on one of the bikes that are provided for you to use throughout your stay. Enjoy Sunday evenings at siesta beach at the drummers circle.

What a wonderful place!

The owner was extremely helpful and informative . The house is well furnished with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, even a large selection of wine glasses which is uncommon in our experience. The location is very convenient to restaurants and the highway to access the reaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Another great time at Matt's place.

Family and I again enjoyed a stay at Matt's rental. Matt is always easy to work with. Property is always clean and well stocked, pool is warm and a great place to end a day at the beach.Property is at a great location, Close to beach, groceries,and restaurants.Our 4th stay in 2 years, and would not hesitate renting again.

A great experience

This vacation was outstanding! It was so nice to have a clean place with everything you could think of in it! Even an outdoor shower before entering the pool! Great location near the bridge. The pool was a hit! It was nice to be able to go for a swim after dinner and it’s just us. I would definitely rent from Matt again he was super responsive and easy to talk to! Thank you!

Amazing property and great location!!!

This house is excellent, immaculate, and showed just like the pictures on VRBO. The location is great in reference to beaches, eating, shopping, etc. The pool is awesome and extremely clean and warm (90 degrees). We loved having a nice pool to enjoy at night after all day at beach or bouncing around Siesta Village & Sarasota downtown. The property is very well maintained and all appliances worked great. Matt is very communicative and will answer any questions you have. Stayed here 2X already in past 2 years and planning our stay #3 already!!

My family & I had an amazing time. The house was very clean & well stocked. We loved the pool& going for bike rides at night. The location of the house was perfect. Family Holiday Fun

We were able to spend a week at this property with family for the Christmas holiday. The home is perfect to enjoy the heated pool with the kids. The screened porch and living area were relaxing. The beds were comfortable! The location was perfect to get around siesta key and other areas that we needed!

Great Booking

We enjoyed our first stay so much we booked this place for a second time. My family loves the location, the use of bikes for exploring and the great pool area. We spent a lot of time in the lanai. No concerns, we felt safe and had another great week.

Great vacation

We are a family of 4 and had a great time at the apartment. Particular highlights were the modern appliances in the house. The heated pool was a fantastic way to relax. What we loved most was the close proximity to the beach, making it the perfect getaway for beach lovers. Lisa was very friendly and responsive! I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Home way from Home

Best described as Perfect!! My wife and I celebrated a wedding anniversary while staying here, and Lisa was great to work with in helping to surprise my wife. This property came fully equipped to have a fantastic time. Everything has been carefully thought-out and it shows. Traveling from PA, we were a little nervous about having beach things to take with us...this house didn't disappoint at all... plenty of different style beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and cooler. It was a home away from home. We visited in late June, so the use of the bicycles was non existence for us, but wow, we got a ton of use out of the pool. The whole experience was so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Paradise Cove

Beautiful landscape surrounding a pool, clean and private setting. Quiet neighborhood and close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, parks and recreation. Rental has everything you'll need plus more than expected. Would recommend this a great vacation spot.

Would stay here again in a heart beat!

What an amazing property. We thought the listing was great but the house was even better in person. The pool, beds, bikes, and entire house were phenomenal. I have never stayed in a vrbo/rental so clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the bikes, area beaches and loved the estate park just across the street. The neighborhood was lovely and safe enough that I did not have to worry about running, biking, or letting the kids bike on their own. We biked to the beach a few times and down to the village. Siesta Key Beach was very busy so we ventured to some other beaches too. Nokomis is always a favorite, Blind Pass and also checked out both Lido beaches. This house has a great location that is so close to everything but still in a great quiet neighborhood. The only recommendation I would have would be some more places to hang towels in the bathrooms as well as outside for beach and pool towels so we would not have to put them in the wash/dryer. Otherwise, what a beautiful place to stay. Thank you and we had a great family vacation!

Perfect house for our fam vaca!

The house was great, the owner Matt was very quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was awesome too! Unfortunately we were here for ‘the coldest Christmas recorded’ and didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted. The lanai was great to start our mornings with coffee and end our nights with drinks. Lisa, the property manager, is truly a gem and I now have a lifelong friend. Siesta Key Beach is a short drive away, too. I highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back.
