Nautilus On The Hill commands an incomparable Airlie Beach location with absolutely mesmerising panoramic views of the Coral Sea and the Whitsunday Islands beyond.

From the moment you walk in the front door of this luxury property there is a true sense of relaxation, with the open plan living area and high ceilings that allow the crystal blue waters to merge seamlessly with the indoor living areas.

This luxury, spacious, two story, 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home has stunning views from almost every room. 10 x4mprivate pool, air conditioning throughout, polished bamboo floors, not one but three smart TVs, unlimited wifi, netflix and more...

The open plan gourmet kitchen is the heart of the home and comes complete with gas stovetop, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator. Enjoy your morning coffee as you sit out on one of the 3 outdoor areas & take in the amazing water views.

The beautifully landscaped terrace has a 10 x 4mprivate outdoor pool with stunning panoramic sea views. This area also has an undercover bbq area for entertaining, though you may wish to just relax on one of the sun-lounges while enjoying a glass of wine with your favourite book.

There is off street parking for 3 cars on the property.

With walking tracks, beaches, shops and restaurants at your doorstep this holiday home really does provide the ultimate Airlie Beach experience for you and your family.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

Great holiday home

Views from the house are amazing even with the rain. Check in was super easy and Michelle was great in answering any questions we had. House is only a short taxi ride or walk into town. We spent most of our time at the pool as there was shade, bbq and fridge at our convenience!

Amazing property and location

We thoroughly loved our stay. The house was immaculate and a pleasure to come home to especially after a good walk up the hill. Easy access to Main Street and the view absolutely incredible! Pool spa jets didn’t work but no big deal. Overall incredible place, we felt lucky to have been able to stay here and sit out to enjoy the daily view with the local cockatoos visiting. Thank you.

Awesome place for a holiday

I had my whole family come with me and my wife to Airlie Beach for a family holiday and we were not disappointed with the accommodation. Loved the home with that view every morning. Would definitely go back there again.

Nautilus is located on top of the hill as you come into Airlie with a 5 min walk to the town Center. The views over the marina are spectacular. The split level living accommodated for both family’s extremely well. Beautiful pool and BBQ area.I would highly recommend Nautilus to anyone travelling to Airlie Beach

Relaxing stay!

Family of 10 stayed at this home. Plenty of space for everyone! We loved the outdoor area and huge kitchen. We probably needed one more bathroom as there was only one main bathrooms (two are en-suite so we had to share) and there is one room with a sky light which made it hard for children to sleep. The WiFi isn’t great either. Views are incredible of the marina and we used the bbq in the pool are daily. We didn’t all fit in the living area and didn’t really use the downstairs lounge area as it was in someone’s bedroom. Lots of stairs which was tricky for young children but overall enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable!

We had 2 families and there was plenty of room and lots of outdoor and indoor sitting areas. The swimming pool was the highlight and must be one of the largest residential pools in airlie beach. We booked this property through Whitsunday Holiday Rentals as we have used this company before and they have never let us down yet.The service you get from this company is just incredible from the time we booked to when we handed in our keys. We have already booked Nautilus again for the end of the year so can't wait to come back. Thank you to the Team.

Great location but slippery around pool

The location and size of the property are amazing. However we did have an issue with the slippery flooring by the pool. My grandmother sustained significant injuries due to a fall from the top step of the bbq area and will require surgery. Please be careful as it is very slippery and I wouldn’t like anyone else to be injured. We believe this accident could have been avoided if a nonslip finish was on the flooring around the pool rather than gloss and if handrails were installed.

Great family holiday house

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Nautilus on the hill, the view as you open up the front door was incredible and we were blown away every day we walked in. The house had everything we needed, especially with children aging from 4-16, there was plenty of space for everyone to escape. The decks were amazing, the pool looked amazing, but unfortunately not heated, so was very cold and we didn’t get to use it, which was a big disappointment for most of us. But a short walk to the town was great, so we could use the lagoon pools on the esplanade, get coffees, whoever we needed. The walk back is not for the faint of heart, the climb was brutal, but the cabs would take you back at any time of day with your shopping bags, ranged between $8-$12 depending on times. There are three tvs in the house, but there’s no reception, so only had our own streaming service on one of the tvs, the other two we couldn’t get working, so that was frustrating for the kids, but we spent most of the time outside anyway. Great holiday,

We enjoyed our stay the views were magnificent! The communication was excellent and we were able to check in early which was a big help to us. I was just a little disappointed with the amount you spend per night on our short 7 night trip that we needed to purchase tablets for the dishwasher soap to clean the dishes soap to wash our hands body wash toilet paper sugar etc it just seems like we had to shop alot just for 7 nights. The house was reasonably clean but not super clean lots of dust everywhere. We needed to clean to be able to put clothes away in bedrooms. Overall it’s a beautiful place to stay location is great the hill is not the easiest to walk but we enjoyed it when we did. We caught taxis a lot which was an easy process and not too badly priced. I think this property just needs some TLC and some care about your guests all the sugar sachets you left for us had holes in them we couldn’t use them. If you don’t want to fix the place up or go a bit above and beyond reduce your rates as the price per night v what you receive does not stack up. You cannot beat the views I think if the hosts added a bit more this property could be 5 stars or reduced their pricing it was okay good just not great like we hoped for what it cost
