Short story- I booked a different condo before realizing that it was under construction and the pool was closed. My children were so upset! Immediately upon realizing, I called to see if there was anything I could do since it was too late to cancel. We are leaving the next day! I received a message to call the next morning after 8 and someone could help me. The following morning I spoke with a nice lady who was very helpful and able to switch properties for us very quickly. I was so thankful!!! This condo was nice sized and in a good location. This particular room is located by the elevator on the second floor, so getting in and out was a breeze. Access to the beach was easy. Two pools is a plus. No issues with check in. The refrigerator leaked water, but wasnā€™t a serious problem. I would stay there again! Very appreciate of Luxury Coastal Vacations for saving our vacation at the last minute!

We enjoyed our week at the beach condo. The pictures give an accurate visual of how the furniture/rooms are. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for all 6 of us to take showers without it running cold, which is huge! I would recommend putting a few more towels hooks in the bathrooms for wet towels/bathing suits since presently there is only one. Another suggestion would be to add shelving on the walls of the bathrooms for storage of fresh towels or toiletries. There was not enough room under the sinks for towels and Dopp kits. Although the deck is much smaller than I am accustomed to, it would be nice to have a few more chairs (even if they are collapsible type) so more than 2 people could enjoy their coffee/wine watching the ocean. The table outside needs replacing as well. None of this is meant to sound like I was not happy, just suggestions for improvements for future visitors!

Perfect Location

Full walls of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water in both the living room and master bedroom is too good to be true. Add the cleanliness factor and ease of checking in and youā€™ve got it made. Plenty of nice towels and washcloths, which adds to the pluses. The only down side is how sparsely equipped the necessities are: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 trash bag for each trash can, nothing like a disinfectant spray for cleaning up messes, not even any salt or pepper in the condo for cooking! That being said, the view made up for the higher grocery bill.

Relaxing friend time

The condo was perfectly decorated. The wall to wall windows made us fell as if we were on the beach even when we were lounging in our pajamas. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

Spectacular views

The location and views are spectacular! The condo is lovely!. It is spacious with every square foot put to use. Kitchen supplies were ample for our cooking needs. Only issues we experienced were small - the clothes washer was loud, dryer that took several restarts to dry clothes, and small hot water heaterā€¦but the spectacular views overrides all! Easy access to beach and pool. Balcony is lovely and becomes shady in late September afternoon so itā€™s a great place to read and enjoy cocktails. Will be returning to stay again!

Nice but needs update on furniture

The place was nice overall, there was everything you needed in the kitchen. The only complaint from all members in our party is that the furniture needs replaced. The chairs in the living room topped forward easily, the couch was not especially comfortable. The bed in the master was very hard and creaky. The ā€˜nightstandsā€™ in the master were these really little low to the ground tables- that were very small and hard to reach. One of the beds in the other room, the headboard would hit on the wall when you moved. Other than the furniture issues, we had a nice stay.

We Enjoyed our stay

There was some damage to furniture and drapes for example. The recliner mechanism was broke, and a damaged spot where the head would rest. Drapes have dirty spots, a screened in window was damaged where someone could enter the unit from the walkway. There were other things but this didnā€™t affect our stay. I only mention these things because Iā€™m sure these have been there for other guests and not repaired. I was worried I would be charged for the existing damages. I reported to management but items were not fixed. Our stay was great though.

Beautiful condo with a lot of amenities!

We had a great stay at Perdido Towers and the views were AMAZING and exactly as described. It was a quick walk downstairs to a beautiful private beach and came equipped with all of the amenities and conveniences of home! We especially appreciated the over abundance of towels! The only blip we experienced is when we found out upon arrival that the water was going to be turned off in the building for one of the days we were there, but we were able to plan our day around it accordingly.

This condo has wonderful views! Its quiet and in a good location. Love the semi private entryway. Furniture and master bedroom mattress and headboard need updating but overall great place. We will be back!

Perfection

Our stay at Perdido Key Towers was perfect. Vacationing in the fall is definitely the way to go. The complex was very clean, on the beach, but secluded from the hustle and bustle of tourists. We enjoyed the short drive into Pensacola or Gulf Shores for the kids to ride go carts, eat ice cream, and enjoy delicious gulf seafood. We will definitely be back!

Quality Place Affordable Price

Booked this place for a girls weekend!!! This place is absolutely beautiful!!!! The masters window of the beach was by far my favorite!!! Everything was super clean!! Only down fall is the pool will not let you have floats or pool toys so donā€™t go buy cute floats! Overall one of the best beach trips I have ever had!! Will definitely book again!
