This unit sleeps 4 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 as we can provide an air mattress. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf corner unit condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the fourth floor. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the primary bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided. All televisions are either smart TVs or equipped with Roku streaming devices. All TVs include the Spectrum and Xumo apps for live television. Please remember to bring or know your streaming service passwords, as you will need them to log in and access your favorite apps during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has a queen. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.

We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

Pros: The setting is spectacular. Literally right on the beach. Open the windows to listen to the waves. Nice pool right on beach as well. Cons: This particular unit is in real need of updating. It was cleaned but had permanent rust stain on toilet base and a strong musty smell that cleaning could not remove. Uncomfortable old furniture. Would consider staying at the property again but not in this unit. There were 4 available on VRBO, we chose this one bc of nice location in the building (4th floor end unit). Turned out to be a disappointing choice.

My husband, 2 teen daughters and I stayed here and it was wonderful! The unit was lovely: clean, well appointed, comfy and the view of the ocean could not be beat! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

An excellent beach vacation spot!

Beautiful view of the ocean from the 4th floor, loved having the corner unit. Overall the building and unit are a little dated but it didn't hinder our stay at all. I would stay here again. The pool with the beach view was everything!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is well maintained and pool was clean and refreshing. Our stay was perfect! We would love to rebook for next year, but another couple told us the rentals are not available to due building maintenance. Thankyou

Absolutely beautiful views from balcony

Omg, we absolutely loved this property, very clean, well stocked with items to use, beautiful view from balcony of the ocean. Mgr and owner were very pleasant, had no issue with getting to use the prop grill. Pool area was clean, everyone was friendly. Very easy to find, and the condo was more spacious then what we imagined. Never ran out of hot water, plenty of towels their to use and washer /dryer was perfect for use in condo. We cant wait to go back and stay again

The place was very nice. We are apart of a travel softball team. 14U girls. Girls had a great time other than the people that live there. Very Rude and was always complaining on the girls as well as the adults. The day we were packing up and leaving i was on the elevator with one of the other coaches from another team and and i ask if they were leaving also. He told me yes, there was couple that lived on the 3rd level that was on the elevator also and the lady clapped right in our faces and said GOOD!!! NIce place but the people that live there are very NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

great little condo on the beach

We had a great time. I was there with 3 teen aged girls and the condo was perfect. It looks exactly as pictured, the view is everything! It was very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. They provide a couple beach chairs, a few boogie boards and a beach umbrella which was a nice plus. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. The dƩcor is a little dated, but look out at the ocean and you won't even notice:) Although it says it sleeps six, I'm not sure how. The couches aren't pullouts. Maybe one person could sleep on the couch or 2 small children? But it wouldn't be very comfortable. The only real negative is there was definitely a strong fish smell upon first entering the condo. It dissipated over time and we never found a source (like I said, condo was very clean including freezer and refrigerator), but it was quite noticeable when first walking in. Even with that, we would definitely stay here again if we ever return to this area. Cindy/Wendy were easy to work with and replied to all emails quickly. Also - if you want a great place to eat dinner that you can walk to - go to Fresh. Try the fried plantains - they were amazing!

You canā€™t get any closer to the beach!

My wife and I wanted to relax and unwind and this place really made it happen. The view from the balcony of the ocean, the sound of the waves and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We stayed in two different units. The first one really needed updating. The second one was great !

The manager was great and Very helpful ! The location and convenience was great. Loved parking under the carport ! Only negative was no notice if the rock ledges in in the surf. Very dangerous, especially for us seniors. We would have at least appreciated a heads up !!!

Great girls gets away weekend
