Welcome to The Grand, a stunning lakeside retreat offering breathtaking views across Lake Mulwala and the Yarrawonga foreshore. Ideally positioned within an easy walking distance of the Yacht Club and Chinamans Island, this spacious home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.



The Grand features five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, alongside multiple living and entertaining areas across both levels. A fully equipped kitchen complements the generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, designed specifically for effortless holiday entertaining.



Outside, guests can enjoy the sparkling solar-heated swimming pool, providing a fantastic place to cool off and relax during the warmer months. Please note that the solar heating is dependent on sunshine and outdoor temperatures, operating when temperatures rise above 27°C.



The home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring welcoming lounge areas, books, magazines, Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, a DVD player, and split-system heating and cooling throughout. The advertised rate is based on 8 guests, with additional guests welcome for an extra fee.



With its spectacular waterfront outlook, spacious accommodation, and convenient location close to the best of Yarrawonga and Lake Mulwala, The Grand is the ideal choice for families or groups looking for a memorable lakeside holiday.

The Neighborhood:

You’ll love the location, perfectly positioned opposite Lake Mulwala and just a short stroll along the foreshore to the Yacht Club and Chinaman’s Island. Enjoy a scenic walk along the waterfront boardwalk to The Sebel Yarrawonga, Stock & Barrel Bar and the Black Bull Golf Course. Families will love being directly across from the Yarrawonga foreshore, with its playgrounds, bike paths, exercise stations and BBQ facilities. The property is also ideally located just a short drive from Mulwala, Bundalong and the renowned Rutherglen wine region, making it the perfect base to enjoy everything the region has to offer.



Getting Around:

Yarrawonga, Mulwala and the surrounding region are easy to explore, with a local taxi service available for convenient transport. Many local clubs and selected hotels also provide complimentary courtesy bus services, making it easy for guests to enjoy dining, entertainment, golf, and social events without the need to drive. Whether you're heading to a restaurant, winery, golf course, or one of the area's popular clubs, transport options are readily available throughout your stay.

This property is professionally managed. Karen Mitchell heads up the reservations team, all specialists in premium holiday accommodation throughout Yarrawonga, Mulwala, Bundalong and Woodlands. Karen is a Murray Regional Tourism Ambassador and local tourism advocate who enjoys golf, water sports, food, wine, and showcasing everything the region has to offer. Along with local team members Jo, Kyla, and Karen is committed to ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.



Important information you must consider:



Strict noise restrictions apply. No noise after 10pm. There is zero tolerance to disrespectful behaviour.

Age restrictions: Please contact us directly if you are under 28 years old.

Private functions and parties are not permitted.



Booking Terms and Conditions:

Photo ID with residential address is required within 24hrs of making a booking.



Standard Booking Cancellation Policy:



Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions. Variations in terms are reflective of noise restrictions, swimming pools, pets and on-site parking.



Booking Cancellation Policy:



Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property.

Cancellation of the booking by the client, deposits are non refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period for equal value. If the property is re-let, the guest may have a credit for future bookings, or request a refund.



If a refund is requested, then a $150 administration fee will apply. Please note the 2% merchant fee and the 8% booking fee is non-refundable. The advertised nightly rack rate is the amount refunded.



Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, or a booking with less than 28 days notice, then a $250 refund administration fee will apply.



Please note: For bookings placed via 3rd party websites.



The advertised nightly rack rate will be refunded, less the $150 cancellation processing fee.

Service fees, booking fees and merchant processing fees are non-refundable.

Bookings made via 3rd party websites and agents (including but not limited to Airbnb, Home away, booking, Trip Adviser and Expedia) these fees are approx. 25%



This is 25% of the booking tariff (ie if you booking tariff was 1000, the booking fees and commissions fee will be 250)



Guest funds, will be returned via bank transfer within 7 days of receiving this payment from the 3rd party platform.

Please note: Guest funds from bookings made via 3rd party booking sites will not be returned prior to booking dates in any circumstance.



How to cancel:

For bookings made via AirBnB, Booking and Trip Advisor, you will need to request to cancel via your account with the respective website.

Please do not select ‘request’ money via the Airbnb platform, as it will be declined. We, the Property Managers receive payment from AirBnB after the planned check-in date of the booking.



How to postpone/change a booking.

You will need to request to amend your booking via your account with the respective website. Your Property Manager will then be contacted by the 3rd party website and will accept that request.



On 3rd party websites, changes to bookings cannot be made on the day of check-in.



We have a cancellation system in place and need to prioritise these requests in order of date of arrival. We thank you in advance for your patience.



Your Managing Agents and the office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. Email and phone requests to change bookings will be responded to during these hours of operation only.

Please note, in the event where the security bond was paid in advance, this will be returned within 7 days without an administration fee.
