This five bedroom, five bathroom two story cabin is the perfect gathering space for friends and family! The home features a fourteen seat movie theater with stadium seating and new LG 4k smart laser projector and a Sonos surround system for your groups entertainment. Challenge each other to a game of pool while you marvel at the lake vistas or watch a sports game on TV. Other guests can socialize by the fireplace or play a game of Foosball, challenge your family and friends at a game of cards with the poker table, or find your inner youth with the 26 inch LCD arcade table with 1162 games and air hockey.

You won't be far from the group while you prepare meals in the open kitchen that has a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and plenty of counter space. The dining area has lots of seating with easy deck access for grilling on the propane barbecue and features multiple levels with lake views and private tree surroundings. The sunken living room area has comfortable couches and extra dining space. The large windows overlooking the trees, cathedral ceiling and wood stove really makes the cabin experience complete. A flat screen TV swivels between the dining and living areas so you can watch all your favorite shows on Spectrum with HBO and Showtime. The house also features internet with Wi-Fi access.

The main level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedroom off the living area has a queen bed and gorgeous, private tree views. Another bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds with attached bathroom.  One more private room offers sleeping or lounging on day bed with optional trundle bed so all guests can sleep comfortably on vacation.

The upstairs level has two large bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms and amazing views of the trees. Feel like you are in your own private tree-top villa in the expansive master bedroom with on-suite bathroom with double sinks. Rest comfortably in one of the queen beds and watch the flat screen TV. The second upstairs bedroom has one king and one queen bed, a private deck with mountain ski slope views, a gas/wood burning fireplace and on-suite bathroom.

Soak in the large hot tub while gazing out at the mountains and ski slope any time of year.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Removing the decibel monitor and/or security cameras will result in a full security deposit loss.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
