This three bedroom luxury condo is the perfect mountain retreat. Located in the heart of Old Town, Park City, you'll have convenient access to all this town has to offer. Recently fully renovated with up to date appliances and exquisite interior details.

LOCATION │ The property is ideally located in the Town Pointe condominium development on Park Avenue, the most desirable address in Old Town Park City. It’s just an easy one block, level sidewalk stroll to the Town Lift and two blocks to Main Street. Park City Mountain ski access, world-class dining, shopping and entertainment right at your doorstep. Plus, the city-wide complimentary bus shuttle stops right at the building entrance for easy transfer to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and virtually anywhere in town.

THE SPACE │ From the moment you enter this sophisticated and intimate space, it sets the tone for an overall exceptional Park City experience. The attention to interior detail creates a mountain modern feel that is both rustic and elegant. The kitchen and dining space flow seamlessly into the living room. This open floor plan is fitting for small group entertainment and relaxation. The living space offers ample seating, a gas fireplace, advanced audio/visual systems and cozy vibes all around. From the living room, step right outside onto the private covered deck for a soothing soak in the hot tub.

ACCOMMODATIONS │ The property includes three beautifully appointed bedrooms offering exquisite décor, custom bedding, premium linens and ample storage. The master suite is spacious and indulgent. Both guest bedrooms are designed to comfortably accommodate couples, singles or children. guest king bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom and double full guest bedroom have full en suite bathrooms. The bunk bedroom has a detached bath also accessible from the foyer that leads to the main living area.

Christmas Vacation

Decided to surprise our kids with a family trip to Park City for Christmas and stayed at this property. It was absolutely wonderful! Beautifully appointed condo with everything you could need for a week away from home. Excellent location too! We will be back!

Family Spring Break

Location was great for Town Lift Ski and access to Main Street shops. Condo had everything needed for meals and kitchen needs. Three Bedrooms perfect for our family of 6 and hot tub was nice. Parking and access to condo outside of elevator on second level easy. Nice stay for Spring Break.

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

The location is absolutely perfect for skiing - just minutes from the Town Lift. The place was very well stocked, clean, and in excellent condition. The owners are very thoughtful with making sure you had access to all the instructions needed to operate TVs and the hot tub, etc. I would definitely rent again and would have no problem recommending to friends and family looking for a place in Park City.

Fabulous Condo in a perfect location near Main and Park Ave.

Condo was very spacious and professionally decorated. Stayed here with 3 grown sons. All amenities you need, including a hot tub on the balcony. We liked the proximity to Park Ave and Main St convenient for walking to dinner and shopping. Property manager was very attentive and responsive to any questions. Favorite VRBO by far we have stayed at in PC.

Second stay

Love the location of this place. Its walk to the Town Ski lift and to everything in downtown Park City. It's a very well decorated and equipped condo and slept 6 family members comfortably. The property manager is very responsive.

Beautiful property in a great location! It has a fully stocked kitchen...crockpot and panini maker included. Super close to Main St and an easy walk to Town Lift. Close to everything yet quiet location. 5 star rental

Fabulous Place To Stay

What a terrific place to stay...Plenty of room, we had 5 with 2 adults and 3 kids. Great location with easy walking access to Main St and a short drive to either DV or Kimball Jct. Easy bus access also. We loved the way the condo was furnished, very well done. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics and more. No complaints whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable for six. The beds are especially luxurious and much appreciated after a day of skiing. We ate lots of meals in, so the well equiped kitchen was essential. The only negative thing I have to say is that the condo is NOT one block to lifts and town; more like two and a half to three. Also, the gas grill is in need of repair. It was unusable because it did not get hot enough to cook anything. I imagine this will be repaired. Putting these two quibbles aside, we would definitely stay here again it is a lovely condo.

Beautiful Condo Excellent Location

My family and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and my nephew's birthday. The Condo is absolutely beautiful, very modern and well maintained. There was plenty of room to accommodate 8 of us, 5 adults and 3 children. The kitchen is stocked with your basic essentials and the washer and dryer are an added bonus. The hot tub is fabulous. The location is excellent, walking distance to the lifts, shops and restaurants. We had an excellent time and will definitely stay here again.

Awesome condo!

Our family had a great time at the Moondance property. We loved the location - close to Park City Mountain as well as shopping and restaurants in Park City. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds are cozy! We would rent this property again!

Beautifully appointed. Great location.

Very comfortable accommodations. Hot tub was brand new and a huge plus. Walked 100yards to Town Lift. Easy walk to many great restaurants and Bahnhaf Sports for ski rentals. Two families with a total of 8 people were very comfortable here. We plan to return.

Family Gathering

Staying at "Moondance Getaway" allowed our family the perfect location with every amenity to make our 10-person reunion as great as it could possibly be. The accommodations and layout of the condo were perfect for our situation, and it came fully stocked with every utensil/pot and pan to make our meals a breeze to fix. The decor is absolutely stunning and the view, very serene. We loved the location as it put us in a very quiet area of Park City, yet close enough within walking distance to the places we wished to eat and shop. The covered parking with elevator was a huge plus. , but it is also on the major busline for easy access to the all of the different ski areas. The rental agency could not have been more helpful and supportive, which made for an outstanding vacation. This unit comes highly recommended!

Great central location. The condo was very well maintained and had multiple amenities that made our stay very comfortable like the hot tub and automatic boot drying machine. The covered parking with the elevator a few feet away was also fantastic.
