Remodeled from top to bottom and front to back, with newer furnishings and appliances throughout, this is a beautiful condo in a truly wonderful location. Because if you ever wanted to experience the convenience of ski in, ski out, here’s the place to book. It’s right on the mountain, ski down to 5 lifts or a short walk up (300 steps) to ski school or to 2 more lifts, making it the most ideal place to stay for hassle-free access to the slopes for a family or group of friends.

This is the Hamilton condo at the Lodge at Mountain Village. There’s so much to enjoy inside and outside this delightful home it’s hard to know where to start. Just know that your hosts will ensure the place is beautifully presented for your arrival and that you receive all the assistance you need throughout your stay, however long you book this luxurious condo.

LIVING ROOM / DINING AREA / KITCHEN
Open concept living lets you all spend time together as the kitchen flows into the living room and onto the dining area in this upscale condo. Highlights include the 75-inch cable-enabled LED smart TV in the lounge, great for hosting movie nights as you relax after a long day out (and there’s a queen sofa sleeper in here creating more bed space for guests).

That gas fireplace is sure to be welcome too, especially if it’s super chilly outside. And you’ll no doubt all be hungry and eager to taste whatever’s being cooked in the kitchen which features appliances aplenty and all the cookware, plates, cutlery and glasses you need to dine in style, all neatly stored away in custom cabinetry that adds real elegance to the space.

And you can choose to eat at the granite-topped breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen, or at the opposite end of the open room at the dining table, from where there are great views of the ice rink and ski mountains.

As already mentioned, your hosts have recently remodeled the condo, so everything’s newer and it’s really a place where you can all relax and be yourselves. A true oasis of calm amid all the excitement of the resort outside.

THE 2 BEDROOMS
Days of fresh air will mean you’re ready for bed come nightfall. And your comfortable beds will welcome you to ensure you get all the relaxation you need to recharge and do it all again tomorrow. There’s a brand-new king-size bed in the main suite which also has an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 Full bed's - can sleep 4 small people). All mattresses and bedding are excellent quality, in keeping with everything else in the condo. Both bedrooms have their own LED TVs too, so if you don’t like what’s showing in the living area, you can watch what you want in your bedroom. That ought to save a few arguments!

THE 2 BATHROOMS
Your aching muscles are sure to appreciate the chance of a relaxing soak in the tub, and you have the option to shower if you’re in more of a hurry. Either way, there will be towels provided for all guests in the main bathroom and the ensuite to the main bedroom, as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer etc.

FREE PARKING

Some in your group may have to switch from slopes to screens to get some work done during your stay. If so, the condo is equipped to help keep workers happy with free wireless Internet and plenty of places to sit with a laptop and think, write, design, code, whatever!

2 FREE INDOOR SKI LOCKERS
A great, hassle and fee-free way to keep your skies slope side which makes your ski experience truly relaxing. The lockers are just downstairs and immediately adjacent to the ski mountain.

EASY ACCESS TO THE SLOPES
There’s simply no need to load your car each day and get stuck in traffic on your way to the parking lots to go skiing. Just take the elevator down from your condo, grab your helmets, skis etc. from the lockers and ski down to the chair lift. And at the end of the day do it all in reverse. It couldn’t be easier! That’s the real value and beauty of staying in this ski-in, ski-out home.

ACCESS TO THE LODGE AT MOUNTAIN VILLAGE COMPLEX
Here’s another big benefit of staying here - access to a Resort complex brimming with excellent restaurants and bars, coffees shops, the best equipment rental shops, incredible professional specialists and tune shops, great clothing retailers, Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory, and two small convenience stores. The Wildlings childcare facility is located inside our building. There’s even an ice rink with lights and a mountain backdrop which you can see from the condo - it’s a great place to glide around and take photos to share with jealous friends and family back home. You can also take a dip in the indoor pool AND outdoor heated pools, and there are indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, plus a free fitness center with cardio and weights, plus a downstairs sauna.

FULL ACCESS
It’s access all areas when it comes to the condo. The whole property will be exclusively yours for the duration of your booking.

SKI-IN, SKI-OUT
It’s worth mentioning again that this is a genuine Ski In Ski Out condo right on the mountainside. Just collect your ski gear from the lockers and head out to the slopes. We are located just steps from the ski school and 5 different ski lifts. You can dash in the middle of the day to grab a bite or warm up!.

Indoor/Outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzis are awesome - and they have amazing views of the ski mountain!

The credit card fee of 2.9% is non refundable for all Guest cancellations since credit card company does not return this fee to the Host. A Cancel For Any Reason policy can be purchased from a 3rd party insurance company immediately after securing your dates.
You will need to sign a rental agreement when you book the condo which contains more common sense rules that need to be followed.
