Family getaway

Property was very nice. Great communication with property manager, kept us informed. Had a wonderful time. Great location not far from our attractions and restaurants we visited. Would stay again.

Loved our stay here.

This condo was so nice. It was big enough for all of us but not too big. Everything was close and conveint. We loved our stay here and would love to stay here again.

Great, clean condo in a good location!

We had a great time staying in the condo! It was clean and instructions were clear on how to check in/out. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and there were even some movies and books to chose from. The back deck is towards the woods, so it’s kind of secluded and quiet.

This place was fabulous! Very clean and beautifully decorated. It’s quiet and so close to several tourist attractions and shows. The owners are super nice and very accommodating! Gave great instructions to everything! We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo and would for sure do it again in the future!!! Many thanks for making our Branson trip a success!

Winter fun with friends

This was the perfect place for our visit to Branson. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive! It was quaint, cozy, and quiet. It was comfortable for the 5 of us. The back patio area was a great place to spend the morning. It was only around the corner from SDC and we easily traveled in to Branson for other attractions.

A very pleasant surprise

We were afraid that our mini vacation was going to be a nightmare after being informed the day before our trip that our AirB&B reservation was a double booking. Our AirB&B hostess found us this property, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Bill and Carolyn were fantastic hosts. From the first email that not only gave helpful directions, but also a couple of recommendations, and some history of the area. The accommodations were lovely and comfortable. We really appreciated the mini pantry they had available, something we hadn't found at our previous AirB&B stays. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone, and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Fake Listing

Tired to book this but ended up being canceled the same day I was supposed to stay there. Family was driving 5 hours to get there and when we contacted Evolve they ended up telling us we were out of luck. Not a reliable place horrible management company. Was not offered any alternative had to rely on Vrbo for help. Would not recommend if you are trying to plan ahead with a large family

Branson Thanksgiving

Very nice place and location to stay. A little ways out of town to avoid the hustle and bustle, but close enough to not have a long drive.

Great with 1 exception!

Great place but felt a little uneasy when someone else had the code to get in a just walked in without even knocking. Made me a little paranoid when trying to sleep or shower.

Great getaway

Loved our stay. We were unable to have family time. They even had games to play as a family under the TV. The owners even included amenities that we sometimes forget

Way better than I was expecting

The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Walking to the condo was on a very appealing and well built deck. Walking into the condo the family was very impressed with the decor and cleanliness. The back deck was very spacious and quiet with nothing but woods around. Nighttime was full of crickets and cicada sounds with a little Silver dollar city train horn mixed in. I will definitely be coming back for a longer stay next time. Thank you to the Simmons for a very wonderful and relaxing short getaway.

Great Place to Stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very very clean and had all we needed for the weekend. The location was great and it was a quiet family friendly complex. We loved early mornings and late nights on the porch. Overall a great place to stay. The owners were great to work with. Thank You for sharing your place with us.

Beautiful condo

Condo was nice and clean. Main level and no stairs was great after climbing the hills of Silver Dollar City all day. Came back to condo to cool off in the pool and had a nice clean swimming pool all to ourselves. Would definitely stay here again.

SUPER CONDO FOR BRANSON GETAWAY

Our stay was quiet and comfortable. The property was clean and well maintained. The unit had all the supplies we needed. No stairs and walk in showers were a real plus; I'm a senior with disabilities. Glad to have the washer and dryer. Enjoyed the porch swing and watching the butterflies and other wildlife. Close to attractions, shopping, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Super quiet and comfortable condo.

This condo was the perfect fit for us. It was clean and had plenty of room. I have Parkinson's and arthritis so no stairs and walk in showers were a definite plus. It is a short drive to Branson attractions and restaurants. The owners were awesome with their communication...they even called while we were there to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for their next getaway.

Nice place to visit…

The location was great for its proximity to Branson and other attractions in the area. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed having the comforts of home while away from home. We only spent one day at the pool but it was nice and had a great view to enjoy while cooling off. The only negative I can come up with is that the space and furniture probably weren’t meant for someone my size or for the size of my 6’5 son. The owner was helpful and accommodated my family’s needs and if you stay here, you should definitely take him up on his recommendation for lunch/dinner. In particular, Dana’s was very good!

OVERWHELMING cigarette odor

I would say that the amenities offered by the owners was sufficient. They had the basic pots & pans, measuring cup, toaster, basic kitchen utensils, cable TV, washer & dryer, towels etc, Beds were not the most comfortable but they were manageable for the 3 days we stayed. The power strip in the master bedroom, that the tv and cable box were plugged into, made the highest pitch beeping / pulsating sound. The hot water heater had an on off switch that was off when we arrived and we didn’t know till the next morning when we went to shower. Now it only took about 45 minutes to an hour to get hot but it was just weird that they had it off when guest are expected. The BIGGEST problem we had was from the time you open the door to the condo, the smell of cigarette smoke was OVERWHELMING. Now, I don’t think it is from the owners of this condo or previous renters, it appears to be coming from the condo from bellow. My family ALL had (and still have) sore throats, sinuses problems and even had headaches from the odor (headaches only during the stay). We really enjoyed the washer & dryer other the fact that when we got home we had to re-wash everything we washed at condo (and those clothes we didn’t wear) because when we got home EVERYTHING had a smoke smell to it. Out pillows , suitcases and kids stuffed animals still smell of cigarette smoke. It is annoying enough that the smell was present but the most IRRITATING thing is that the owners had a box on top of the fridge that is designed to clean the air, yet this was never mentioned in the description, from renters or the management company, that the cigarette odor could be present. It appears after reading earlier reviews that others have commented about this issue and the owners/rental company said it had been fixed. Let me tell ya IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED and they either are trying to hide the smell with the clean air type machine or they (owners and/or rental company) don’t check this property. If it were not for the cigarette smell I would have rated this place a 4 out of 5
