Beautiful view of the gulf on your own beach. Awesome place will come back!!!!!

We could not believe we had our own beach and so close to everything. Rental was so colorful and had everything we needed.

Perfect getaway!

This condo unit is excellent! It is right on the beach and Debbie has equipped it with everything you will need. We especially liked the beach chairs and umbrella which we used every day. The unit is right-sized for two people, and it is very clean, quiet, and safe. Debbie is a great host, and the location is superb - we loved it!

Awesome Stay!

The unit was as described, perfect for 2 people. Clean and very well stocked with ever you may need. The pool was always clean and sparkling and the view of the gulf was breathtaking, as were the sunsets. We enjoyed our stay and our host was very accommodating. Hope to come back.

Spectacular view

We had a lovely time. Condo is small but comfortable and very well supplied - kitchen, linens, and even laundry soap for the laundry room two doors down from the apt. Best of all was the view of the Gulf from the 3rd floor balcony. (Also there is an elevator if you prefer instead of stairs.)

Home away from home,a little slice of heaven!

This is the third year that we have stayed in Debbie's condo. We stayed the month of Jan. The weather wasn't the best this year but this little slice of heaven made up for it. We played cards, watched our OSU basketball, relaxed and enjoyed spending time together. I would recommend Debbie's condo to any couple looking for a get away!

Gorgeous Ocean Front Condo

Beautiful beachfront one bedroom condo with a full view of the Gulf of Mexico! With a private uncrowded beach. Facility has two gas grills and small 3-5ft pool great for kids. Condo is equipped with a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, etc… 3 washers and 2 dryers (no charge) just steps from the unit. Host provides beach chairs and umbrella for renters use. Host is very friendly and easy to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about this unit. Debbie was super duper nice, quick to respond, and the unit had absolutely everything you could think of. We flew in so we could only bring a limited amount of stuff and she had all those little things taken care of willing, ready, and able to share. We will defiantly go back!

I have never stayed at a VRBO that supplied kitchen, bathroom, towels, beach chairs and cleaning supplies as well as this property. Pots and pans, skillets, cooking utensils, even a colander and box grater. Wow, was I impressed. Toilet paper, paper towels, soap for the kitchen and bath-all items I normally would have to buy. Thank you, Debbie. The view was excellent.The property is small but certainly doesn't seem so. Great!

BEAUTIFUL VIEW!!

Our stay in Bellaire was like a step back in time and we Loved it! We drove to Clearwater as well as Past St. Petersburg and found ourselves Running back to Bellaire! We were greeted by a dolphin jumping completely out of the ocean about 4 times and that was. Beautiful sight! The condo was everything we were promised and more. Very clean and cozy! We would Highly recommend! The owner of this suite is quickly responsive and has maintained the unit very well. We had everything we needed! We'll be back in the future for sure!

we were spoiled for our first VRBO experience

Debbie is the best hostess, I sincerely thank you for making our stay (month of March 2016) amazing. Thanks for the prompt answers to questions we had. The condo is exactly as advertised and even better than I had hoped. She has everything you need and then some. The area is perfect; clean, quiet, safe; excellent place to go out for walks any time of the day. The view and access to the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed drinks on the patio and watching sunsets and lightining storms. The cable TV was equivalent to what I have at home (not stuck with basic cable TV stations); I loved watching on-demand TV shows I don't get at home in Canada. I was kind of sad we didn't get enough rain days to take advantage of it more. The building's common BBQ was well maintained and not overly busy. The building has had receint improvements which made it more attractive.

Quite beach noncommercial area

The condo was great for a couples get away. Well equipped with the necessities for a weeks stay. The beach was never crowded (but the red tide was present during our stay so that may have contributed) and the pool area was nice to use later in the day and meet other guests. The Belleair community has no commercial establishments of any kind so shopping and dining is a trip north or south. We didn't rent a car but managed with the trolley services to get to Clearwater and St Petes. It took a day to figure out that there are two different trolley services and three different routes, the brochures don't make this clear. The trolley station is a 10-15 minute stroll north. The property personnel were very helpful as well as the unit owner. Very nice that beach chairs and bikes are available for use from the property. We would definitely recommend this as a quite get away.

The good thing about Belleair Beach is that it is very non-commercial and is nestled in an upscale residential community - hence no zoning for commercial business. However, this is what makes the beach private and uncrowded with little to no public access. Thank you for being so resilient during the red tide occurrence. Something obviously, we can't control. Thank you so much for taking such good care of the property. Please come back anytime, especially since you know you way around now!

We have rented many places. This condo was the cleanest and best equipped we have ever stayed in. The owner has excellent decorating and organizing sense and also knows exactly what’s needed to make the stay pleasant. There is a beautiful view of the beach from the living/dining room. The bed is very comfortable. The outside is kept very clean also. There are two grills for guests’ use. There’s a very convenient Publix nearby. We had a question for the owner and she was extremely personable and helpful. I think on a scale of 1-10, this would definitely be an 11.

The place was immaculate and fully accessorized. Parts of the complex is under repair but it did not affect our stay. Nice to have an elevator to access the condo. Great communication and easy check in and out.

Couldn't ask for any nicer guests! Cable went out toward the end of their stay. Not one complaint. So patient and kind people! Thank you for taking such good care of the condo. Yes, the property is having some outside repairs, but the ocean condo view is still there!

We have been vacationing at Belleair Beach since 2001 and previously owned another unit in this complex, which we recently sold in August 2014. We missed the beach and the views and decided to purchase at the same complex once again. We are local owners and take pride in maintaining our property. We have added extra touches to the unit as well.
