Perched on the top floor,  you have full-on unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, just 58 yards past the swimming pool. There is one private all sand beach, which stretches 3.5 miles offering incredible barefoot walks and never fails to produce abundant waterfowl, dolphin, occasional whales, shells & stunningly beautiful sunsets. Views off the back of the unit yield a bird's eye view of some of the beautiful Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course and Sierra Madre mountain range.

Unit 402 has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, pots/pans. There is a washer & dryer, ironing board, and hopefully everything else you should need to ensure your experience is a wonderful one.

Though EDM boasts its state of the art, private on-site water treatment facility (which exceeds USDA specifications), so feel free to drink from the tape as we do. Yet, there is also a pitcher with water filter provided for added peace of mind if needed.

The guest bedroom includes a Queen-size bed, closets, and an adjacent bathroom (shared with the living area of the unit).

Dining spaces are available at the dining-room table, kitchen bar, or table outside on the veranda. A wonderful Weber BBQ gas-grill is also available for grilling up fresh meats & seafood, found at the local villages, Stone Island and downtown Mazatlan.

Unlimited Internet provided, as well as one Smart Hi-Depth TV (US & Canadian stations), and a DVD player and a stereo for your entertainment pleasure. A lending book library is also available in the lower lobby when you need another book to read.

A beautiful beachfront, infinity swimming pool awaits, for daily lounging and play, which includes an additional children's pool for wading and splashing. There is also a fantastic hot tub, which is another tranquil area in which to enjoy evening cocktails and neighbors at the end of yet another, fabulous day.
Several excellent Fine Dining options exist on campus, within the walls of this private resort. Los Delfines, The Barefoot Bar, The 15th Hole bar, La Paloma Clubhouse Restaurant, and the Courtyard Coffee Shop & Deli all offer a great variety of excellent local, traditional and American cuisine.

Free transportation is also available between the condo, hotel, and golf clubhouse. Incredibly affordable and reliable transportation is available to/from the airport (12 minutes), nearby Stone Island (15 minutes) and downtown Mazatlan (30 minutes), so there is no real need/cost for a rental car.
