The street facing balcony overlooks a quiet service road with a lush, tree-lined garden median and is a wonderful place to enjoy a beverage and the chatter of birds or to grill up fresh seafood for dinner. This is a third floor condo unit that faces a tree- lined street, accessed by three flights of stairs, there is not an elevator. As this is a private community condo association, there is a rental agreement that will need to be read and signed at the time of booking. There is daily garbage removal, and weekly housekeeping.
Parking is provided on site. There is a 3 block walk to the nearest bus stop. And cabs (pulmonias) are easily accessible also.
