I have always dreamed of owning a beach house, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have other rental properties. However, my ultimate goal was to be right by the beach. Initially, my husband wasn’t as enthusiastic about the idea, but everything changed when we discovered this perfect property. It’s ideal for accommodating our large family and friends.

The house is exceptionally well-built and features numerous custom elements, but it required significant renovations. As contractors, we are excited to tackle the renovation and decorating process. We’ve had a wonderful time preparing this home for the rental market alongside our family and friends.

While we are ready for the upcoming rental season, we have many exciting enhancements planned for the property in the coming years. We hope you’ll enjoy witnessing these changes with each visit!

Game Room: My young adult children adore the game room on the middle floor, which boasts an outstanding stereo system, a pool table, foosball, a poker table, and darts—ideal for fun-filled evenings.
Screened Porch: I personally love the screened porch, a cozy space that features a refrigerator and a TV, conveniently located just off the kitchen.
Kitchen and Grilling:

Culinary Convenience: The kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with three ovens and three full-size refrigerators, plus a bar refrigerator, making it perfect for accommodating large groups. We also have a charcoal grill and a large gas grill available for everyone’s use, ensuring that you can enjoy barbecues anytime!
Outdoor Activities:

Tennis Court: For tennis enthusiasts, there’s a fantastic tennis court just to the right of the backyard—an awesome addition to your stay!
Beach Access: Plus, the beach is only a short walk away, allowing for easy access to sun and sand.
