Thank you for your review, we appreciate the input. These owners upgrade multiple areas of the home each year to stay on top of the hard seasonal usage. They have carpets spiffed four times during the season since Summer Winds is a pet-friendly home. Surely everyone enjoyed the new couch in the media room, all the new King mattresses and comforters! The owners make several capital improvements each winter to keep it looking great - we're sure you slept comfortably on those new mattresses, and enjoyed relaxing in the new poly-wood Adirondack chairs. With Summer Winds being a pet-friendly, kid-friendly, adult-friendly house, deck, door and floor repairs are ongoing projects. We do apologize for the entry time and cleaning issues, but we are glad we were able to get the cleaners back quickly to get them taken care of.

Freezer ice-makers certainly don't make ice as fast as a separate ice-maker machine, and I am happy to let you and future guests know that the owners are looking into the feasibility of installing an ice-maker this off-season. We are going to have our cleaning crew take a close look at those stove burners to make sure they are clean and will work properly again. So glad your overall experience was great and that you would recommend this lovely property to your friends!
