Come and enjoy this comfortable two bedroom, two bath condominium with fabulous views of the ocean from one of the largest balconies on the beach! With unique decor this condo has a very warm and cozy feel, you may not want to leave!

We have two bedrooms, one with new and comfortable king bed, second bedroom with two queen beds. The bathrooms have walk-in showers. This condominium includes everything for a great beach vacation.

The main living areas and the bathrooms are tiled so you can see the cleanness of the rooms.

The magnificent ocean views can be seen easily from the living room and master bedroom with access to the balcony from both rooms.

We are also providing a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa for additional people. This is not a regular sleeper. It will give you luxurious sleeping experience with no springs, no uncomfortable bars and no sagging. It is made with the Tiffany 24/7™ Sleep System of solid wood foundation and high density foam. (see pic.)

The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the house. Granite countertops with spacious cabinets. A comfortable dining room for a large family dinner or entertaining. For your entertaining needs there are three TVs with DVD/VCR player, flat screen in all rooms.

PLEASE ENJOY 2 FREE BEACH CHAIRS AND 1 UMBRELLA WHICH WILL BE SET UP FOR YOU DAILY ON THE BEACH FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY!!! The Beach Chair season runs including March - October. (daily value $50)

Our condo is right in the middle of a 23 story building that includes a large heated pool, jacuzzi, indoor/outdoor pool, a sauna steam room, and an exercise room. The sand is the best in all of Florida, soft and pure white! You can see the manatee migrate east along the sandbar, watch them from your balcony or swim along with them.

Sorry no pets and no smoking.

The condo was excellent. Beds comfortable and location was wonderful, right on the beach. Loved that the beach chairs are set up each morning and ready when you are.

Great beachside getaway

Check-in and accessing the unit was a breeze. Upon entry, the unit was spacious and clean. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs throughout our stay. My family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!!

Great place to stay

The condo was great. Comfortable beds (including the sofa bed)and huge balcony with amazing view! Kids loved the pool and being right on the beach with easy access was fantastic. The included beach chairs and umbrella were a lifesaver. Owner had great communication and was quick to respond. Property was in a really good location and was within walking distance of restaurants and walmart. Elevators were pretty slow but not a huge deal. Parking under building was very limited but plenty directly across the street and was actually more convient with the sky bridge walkway. We were in town for our oldest sons wedding and the condo provided the perfect place to stay and relax.

felt like home

can’t have enough good things to say about this condo! it was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! the cleanliness was great. kitchen had everything we needed plus little extras left from previous tenants like salt pepper foil little baggies etc etc. bathrooms were clean and tidy. showers worked great! kept enough hot water for 7 people to shower! washer and dryer worked quick and great. even had some detergent waiting for us lol thank goodness because i forgot it 😂 the balcony is very spacious and comfortable and had great views! sunsets and sunrises were beautiful!! the beds were comfy and the ac was great through the day and night! the only thing i would suggest is maybe get another couch as the chairs weren’t great for lounging lol but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much! can’t wait to come back!

Great Condo right on the beach, fantastic view!

Very nice condo and just as described. Huge balcony with great views of the Gulf and nice sunsets, the perfect spot for having your morning coffee and enjoying the view, we even saw a few dolphins. The condo was nicely furnished and fairly well equipped and was large enough for a group of 4 and could easily accommodate a group of 6. Plenty of restaurants close by, including one of our favorites "Dirty Dicks", very good seafood. Not that far from Pier Park either, we always enjoy going there and visiting all of the shops. We'll definitely be back and already planning next years trip! The owner was very easy to deal with and booking the condo was quite easy, thanks Mike!

Lovely condo and terrific beach!

The condo was just lovely, very spacious, well equipped, and nicely furnished. The huge balcony was an especially lovely feature and we enjoyed the view of the gulf and the breathtaking sunsets. The beach is spectacular! There are many great restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed the Saltwater Grill, Schooners' Beach Club, and the Shrimp Basket. Thanks to Mike for doing such a great job of looking after us during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Our family LOVES the ocean. An amazing view and a wide white sandy beach are drawing us back time and time again from our busy life to our vacation home. As our family grew, we found Panama City Beach to be the perfect place to take the kids. They couldn't get enough of the ocean. They were just mesmerized when they took their parasailing ride for the first time.
