Had a great time! The house was very comfortable, lots of room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing!

enjoyed our stay. kids had a vacation to remember. walk to beach was a little further than I planned for.

Sorry you weren't clear on the distance to the beach from the house. We measure the distance from the driveway of the house to the beach access. Seaglass

I was supposed to have early check in but the realty company lost the request and would not honor it. The beds and pillows have a lot to be desired. Other than those two items the property was excellent.

Henry, We apologize for the miscommunication on the early check in. We see there was a question when the house was booked regarding arriving early, but there was no follow up. This property is rather run down in the interior. Whole place needs a coat of paint, mildewy pictures need to be removed, living room rug and the pillows stained and odd oder 1st and 2nd floors. We also did not find the place to be very clean. There are a ton of kitchen supplies but most were dirty, we had to do a load in the dishwasher 1st thing when we arrived! That said location was nice. Pool area and hot tub are excellent. If the place gets cleaned up and fixed up a bit could b great b great!

Sea Glass is OK

The house met all our needs, the pool is larger than most and very nice, the hot tub is also very relaxing. The house itself is well designed and 2 master bedrooms is a plus. The kitchen has plenty of cookware etc, however is quite small and difficult for more than 1 or 2 people to be cooking at one time. There was quite a bit of dust on everything (decorations, windows sills, etc) and there were lots of fire ants and also we saw some roaches. Also many spiders. The master bedroom king size beds had "sleep number" beds that can be adjusted for soft/firmness which is nice. The house has ceramic tile through out which is great for cleaning up, but not so great on the noise factor...its almost impossible for anyone to be quiet when walking on the tile floors.

Hi Kristin, other than the cleaning and some bug sightings it sounds like the house was as advertised. We're sorry about dust. We're going to make sure there's not a repeat of this. If the bugs were reported during your stay we would have been happy to send pest control out. But we'll take a look to make sure this isn't an ongoing issue.
