The Home Experience
Top-Floor Living & Dining: The heart of the home is on the top floor to maximize natural light and views of the ocean. This open-concept space features a gourmet kitchen with sleek granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For your convenience, a chic half-bath is located right off the kitchen and dining area.
The Bonus Basement Lounge: The ultimate "extra" space to relax! This lower-level hangout features a large 60” flat-screen TV, a cozy couch, and a loveseat—perfect for movie marathons. This area includes a mini-fridge, dedicated ice maker, and microwave for your movie snacks and cold drinks.

Poolside Convenience: Since the lounge is just steps from the pool, you can keep your refreshments within arm's reach all day without ever having to go upstairs.

No-Mess Outdoor Access: No need to track water through the house! We have a dedicated outdoor half-bath located right next to the pool area, along with a refreshing outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6)
The Coral Reef Master Suite: King Bed with a private en-suite full bathroom and direct deck access for peaceful morning views.
The Dune Den: Queen Bed with direct deck access; shares the spacious, well-appointed hallway full bathroom.
Sky Suite (The "Work-from-Beach" Suite): Queen Bed plus a Twin Rollaway. This room features a dedicated desk and workspace, ideal for staying connected, and shares the hallway full bathroom.
