Our apartment is quaint with an amazing view. You can watch beautiful sunsets over Bahia Banderas and the Pacific from the balcony. The apartment is ideal for people who want culture, charm and character as part of their vacation experience. There are 8 units in the building and share a newly renovated pool area. Our apartment is one block from the art gallerias and fine dining and 5 blocks from the beach.

Amazing place!

Nice appartment in a quiet surrounding even though only a couple blocks away from the Malecon. Beautiful view without having to go to high up the hill. Nice fresh pool in the magical setting of the lush backyard to rest from summer heat. I highly recommand for your next PV stay! Fannie

Great views and location

Another wonderful stay in this lovely condo.. The views from the open large balcony are spectacular. Well equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable vacation. A nice clean building with excellent maid service. Our 5 week stay went by too fast and we look forward to returning next year !!

Beautiful views and great location

The apartment was charming and had breathtaking views of Banderas Bay. It was clean and had everything that one needs. The open-air concept was not something we had experienced before and we LOVED it! The owners were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again if returning to PV.

We had the most wonderful stay here, it was our first time staying here in PV and we fell in love with this condo. It was absolutely perfect!! The views are breathtaking and the pictures do not do it justice. The pool was perfect and we felt right at home here. I would recommend this place to everyone we know and to everyone who comes across this place!! We are definitely going to stay again we wished we didnā€™t have to leave!!

Best view in the city!

Canā€™t say enough good things about this condo! The views from the patio are incredible and the location makes walking to the malecon, romantic zone easy - even for me, a lady with a bum knee! The condo has everything you need and is beautiful. The master has a comfortable bed and AC. Our adult daughters enjoyed the two twins in living room and the pool is well kept. We have stayed here twice and will stay again! Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay!

Upon entry into this gorgeous and unique, open-air penthouse, you are spoiled by stunning ocean, city and mountain views of the entire Banderas Bay. The patio furniture is very comfortable, as is the bed (on the soft side) and the place is tastefully decorated and has a very homey feel. The best part of the place is the window bench for two in the living room, facing the Ocean, to relax with a glass of whatever you please, or just take a nap. The neighbourhood is quiet, with PiPis traditional restaurant below, a nice wine shop down the street and a lovely pool area on the ground floor on the building. Thanks to Michael for attentive communication and a great stay!

Right from the beginning our Host, Michael was extremely helpful and certainly went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect! The apartment itself is like no place else weā€™ve ever stayed. Truly a Mexican experience! We loved it! The pictures are completely accurate, the view is breathtaking. After one day we went ahead a booked for next year. Can not wait to return. Awesome remote work week

This unit is excellent for one or two people. The open concepts makes it perfect for enjoying life both inside and out. This was a remote work week for me and it was perfectly set up for productivity. I brought an Ethernet cable and the internet was excellent. The close proximity to restaurants gave me quick access to food when needed and the local art galleries were a nice break at the end of the day. The unit is very clean and has that colonial Mexican Charm. Cleaning service twice a weeks is a bonus too! Itā€™s well stocked with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The owner was very responsive and communicated in a way that made me feel at home. I will definitely consider staying again!

Two weeks at Centro

We are returning here for the fourth time - which obviously means we like the apartment and its location! The place has a unique layout for indoor-outdoor living; the view from the large terrace is fantastic and it keeps you connected to the town even if you do not get out. Everything is close-by: bars and restaurants, shops, the malecon, the beaches, art galleries, cafes, fireworks, etc. We noticed a few changes - eg. a new desk with an x-chair, but we missed the two bar chairs, typical Mexican design, where you could sit and chat at the Kitchen high counter, - perhaps in the process of being replaced. We spent the first half of December here - but and next time we will chose a different time of the year, as the first 12 days of December the town celebrates la Virgen de Guadalupe, with processions and fanfare every day - which is interesting to watch, but can be a bit a bit excessive and noisy. It is an important event in the life of the citizens, but if you like more quiet, better book before or after. This place is unique and has a unique vibe - and we hope the owner will keep it, throughout the necessary updates.

C'etait notre deuxiĆØme sĆ©jour chez Michael.Cet hĆ“te est toujours aussi gentil et disponible.Ce condo est prĆØs de tous les services! Monica mĆ©rite un 12 /10!! Il faut ĆŖtre trĆØs mobile physiquement,car pour avoir une si belle vue,il faut monter 49 marches! Mais Ƨa vaut l'effort!! Merci Ć  toi Michael pour garder ce bien a un prix raisonnable!

Beautiful

This place was perfect for what we needed. We stayed about 2 weeks (with a short getaway in the middle) and felt at home while we were there. The views were amazing and the location was very convenient. We were working remotely while there and the WIFI didn't work in the bedroom, but we were able to adjust and only try to access from the living area and terrace. No big deal. It was sometimes a bit noisy, but we expected that considering the convenient location. The style was traditional and we defintely appreciated the character of the place. No one was ever at the pool, so it was nice to have a swim every once in awhile. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place with great views and traditional Mexican feel

We loved this well equipped eclectic place! A comfy bed and air conditioning in the bedroom. The kitchen and living room are open to the spacious parly covered patio with table and lounging chairs with a high view over the ocean. It was great to spend time just watching boats, fireworks, whales breaching and more. There were no issues with any insects despite the open plan and nice breezes during the day. The only pest ,but who was very cute, was the squirrel who likes to steal any fruit or veggies you leave on the counter! He visits the top two apartments via the rooftop. LOL. There is a nice pool for this small 8 apartment building and we swum in it daily. Only a few blocks to walk to the Malecon . The last twenty yards were steep with some steps, plus the several flights up to the top floor apartment. My husband is 70 and has a knee brace and he managed,. You soon get used to it, gaining a few more thigh muscles. Absolutely worth the effort. Kudos to the lovely cleaning lady Flora who chatted with me in Spanish. I take all the practice i can get. If we visit Vallarta again we would stay here for sure.

Secure Clean Great Views

Security and cleanliness is top notch. The views from your patio are the best in PV. Watch the pirate ship and fireworks every evening from your patio. This condo has a Mexican feel with lots of outdoor living space. Although it is an older building it is very well maintained and has everything you could possibly need for cooking in if you choose. Drinking water, toilet paper and tissue is all provided, a nice touch compared to other condos we have rented. There are 72 stairs to reach the unit from the Malecon so you do need to be mobile but worth the stairs for the view. Owner provided information on how to access the building a week in advance and was very accessible to answer questions. We definitely recommend this condo and would stay again.

We love unit 7 in Las Alondras. This was our 2nd time staying. Itā€™s perfect for a couple. The building is quiet and there is a private pool shared only by 8 units. The views here are incredible and we love the vibe of being in the center of downtown. Quick walk to the Malecon. Close to so many neat art galleries, shops and restaurants. We find something new each trip. There is definitely a feeling here that no other place has. Look forward to staying next time!

Lovely Stay

I really enjoy staying at this apartment. The patio is such a delight; the view is fabulous and the breeze is wonderful. I also appreciate the great air conditioner in the bedroom in the hot summer months! Michael is a great host- very kind and easy to communicate with. I will be back!

Fantastic view of the Bay of Banderas

We stayed in this condo for 3 months and enjoyed every minute of it. Flora is such a gem and kept the place lovely and clean. All the necessities are there; we ate out much of the time but certainly able to make meals when we wanted to. We were very pleased with the ownerā€™s response to questions we had and he often checked to see how we were doing. Weā€™re very much looking forward to returning in the fall.
