Just a few miles South of town next to the Park Royal Hotel.
You do not need a car. We are right on the bus line. It is about 50 cents to ride to old town town about $7 for a taxi.

$80 a night in the low and mid season.
December 16th through April 30th is $105 a night.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

THE LOBBY WILL CHARGE FOR A SECURITY BRACELET FEE (ABOUT $5 EACH).
THEY WILL ALSO CHARGE YOU A CLEANING FEE BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD UPON CHECKOUT (ABOUT $28 USD).




WE NOW - have our own 50 Megabit high speed WIFI in both rooms.
We also have new 50 " Ultra 4K Curved High Definition SMART TV sets with tons of English channels.

Beautiful oceanfront condos on one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Watch the whales, dolphins and rays play and the tropical birds frolic from your private balcony. FULL OCEANFRONT VIEW***
THIS CONDO HAS BEEN REMODELED AND CUSTOM TILED,
CUSTOM WOODWORKING, AND A KING SIZED BED.
Free Wi-Fi High speed internet access. A new HDTV TV Cable Television with several English High Definition channels. We have an Amazon Echo in both condos. Just ask Alexa to play your favorite music.. We have Climate Controlled Air Conditioning, and a ceiling fan. We have a small safe in the condo (email for combo if interested).
We have a New King size Bed and a new Sofa Hide-A-Bed. Large Swimming Pool. Local Bus Service. Affordable Taxi Service. Great Swimming Beaches. Lots of towels and linens. Maid Service Available for extra fee. Fully Equipped Kitchen with a toaster oven, stove top, microwave oven, frig/freezer, a beverage cooler inside the TV stand, coffee maker, and blender and dishes. Wheelchair Accessible. We also have a new hot / cold water dispenser. We belong to the laundry club so you will have access to the washer and dryer for free.

We have a very enjoyable stay. The unit is well equipped, very clean, and the ocean front view is stunning. Having easy access to a bus to go into Ouerto Vallarta was very convenient. It is only a 15 minute ride. The owners were very responsive. We highly recommend this property!

The view was wonderful and the unit was as described. Onsite staff was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed to find there was a cleaning charge and a charge for id bracelets after I had booked. Be prepared to cook or take taxis/uber to restaurants as the restaurant on site is just ok. Cooking facilities are very cramped, but kitchen is stocked with basics.

Fantastic stay

Food and drink at the restaurant are great. The little market has a great selection of drinks and snacks. Watching the sun set from the balcony every night is priceless.

Perfect location and great Condo!

We very much recommend this Condo to others who are interested. The condo was spacious, well appointed, and had everything you need to make your own meals. The building location was great with a short bus or Uber ride into town if needed. Our group particularly liked the sights south of the Condo.

Great place!

This is the second time my family and I rent this unit, and we will keep coming back! It’s clean, has everything we need, a beautiful ocean view and the beach is the best one you will see in all Puerto Vallarta! I won’t bother looking for another place to stay for our next vacation.

Expectations Exceeded

The condo was the perfect size for me and my adult daughter. The balcony view is gorgeous - we saw whales everyday while relaxing on the balcony. I like that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of town yet we could take the bus for 10 pesos or a taxi for 150 pesos to get into town. Plenty of towels, al line kitchen tops we needed and isn’t hit and cold water

The best little condo

This is my second time at Matt’s and the view off the balcony still takes my breath away! The location is perfect with the nicest beach and is the perfect place to relax. Staff is friendly, I will be back 🇲🇽

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Puerto Vallarta. The condo has the most beautiful view. Everything was exceptional during our stay here and I hope to return!

Stay at Girasol

We have stayed at Girasol two other occasions. The beaches are gorgeous it's and swimmable, the views incredibe, and the restaurant a huge plus. We enjoy being away from all the business of dontown, but have the convenience of a short bus ride to downtown. Unit 509 had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable vacation. Our favorite feature was the countertop ice maker we named Jerome. The bed was very comfortable, and the set up very homey. . countertop ice

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay at Matt and Deidre’s condo. Everything about the condo and the entire complex exceeded our expectations. It’s right on the most beautiful beach. The location was perfect for us and was only 20 minutes away from downtown Puerto Vallarta. We loved being able to come back to a quiet magical escape after a day of exploring. I will be booking at this property again whenever I can. Thank you again Matt and Deidre for being such wonderful hosts and for sharing your little piece of paradise.

Fantastic

The accommodation was first class from the king bed to the kitchen area and everything in between, my apartment should be so nice, and the view is outstanding. We were lucky enough to see whales surface. And to top it all off the owners were fantastic. Can’t wait to come back.

The property is lovely, well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The unit was very clean and comfortable with neat decorations and beautiful views. The air conditioner was very cold and much appreciated during the heat wave. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for others.

Great location with outstanding view.

This oceanfront condo was very nice. Not only did the condo have everything we needed, but it was located on property between two great beaches. We were very pleased with the restaurant and convenience store on the property, visiting them often. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We will be back!!

Great place with an awesome view, and access to lovely beach! A bit further away from more central areas, so walking to and from other spots is not an option, but the concierge who is there 24hrs gets taxis within minutes!

Its like living at an affordable resort, where everything you need is right there.
The owners are very friendly, and the staff is great! You might never want to leave the property. WE NOW - have our own 25 Megabit high speed WIFI in both rooms.
We also have new 50" Ultra 4K Curved High Definition TV with tons of English channels and have a white corded VoIP phone next to the TV that allows you to make crystal clear free calls to the USA and Canada.
Do not use the house phone next to the bed for these calls. The building will charge for calls made through the house phones.
